Knew everything about the PSVR2 but love to hear your overview and thoughts regardless! Also so so comfy compared to sensationalized videos, such a relaxing lunch break.
i have a rift cv1 from back in the day. used it for a couple weeks then it sat. well, got the psvr2 and vr just clicked with me, i love it. took out the ol cv1 to try out some pcvr games like into the radius...and man the cv1 screen is pretty rough lol. every detail in the distance is a blob that hurts my eyes! watching your "is index worth it today" video...price aside, are details more detailed than just mud? i don't need crystal clear, but i'd at least like to know what i'm looking at lol. side note, red matter 2 is stunning in psvr. so glad i bought this thing
Glad to hear the PSVR2 is treating you well! As for the Index video, I will try to get more footage through the lenses of headsets and I might do another take on the Index later but it will always be hard to really describe the viewing experience of a headset, though I will certainly try to make it as clear as possible! Index specifically, is still my main headset to this day
Tech will always keep coming one way or another hehe, but the Quest 2 is a solid headset and will most definitely stay relevant for more things than the PSVR2 can do!
Hey I need some advice on something so I want to get a standalone headset now and then I want to get pc that can run vr games so what would be the best to get?
For the most versatility I would suggest a Quest 2, as this has been proven to work well with PCVR and standalone! But you could always wait a little if you want to see what the next upcoming headsets will be like
@Michael Báderson yeah I was thinking of quest 2 but I heard that quest 3 would have pancake lenses and I heard that those are very good so I might wait but thank you for the help 🙂
