It can be complicated when they try to friendzone but you want relationship. But here is what you can do when they reach out after no contact. Be polite but short in your messages. Don’t give them more information than what is needed. Example they ask you how are you, and what are you doing. Just say you are doing fine and you busy with stuff. Don’t say what. Then when you detect they are trying to friendzone you, then just say that you are busy and don’t want a friend but you want a relationship. Then they will say that they don’t want to come back together. You just say that’s perfectly fine and you respect that decision, and that you are not ready for a relationship right now either. But perhaps in the future you will be. If you do this then you are basically doing reversed psychology on them. Suddenly they will start to think that you are not chasing them anymore which will be a huge impact on their ego. Remember when they dump you and you start begging and chasing then you are boosting their ego. They begin to feel superior to you. Don’t give them that. Give them the silence treatment, which after some time will drive them crazy. Then when they reach out then act like that the breakup wasn’t that big of a deal and that you needed time anyway, and that you are actually doing fine. When people try friendzone you then that is because they don’t want to be in a relationship, but at the same time they don’t want to let you go and be free either. It is kinda narcissistic in some ways, but that is how it is. Ohh and if they finally say that they want to come back together again then say "I’m open to that perhaps in the future. Right now I’m doing some things." That will make them desperate because you are now showing strong character and that you are not obsessing over them. Your ex will want you back even more then. People always want what they can’t get basically.

And the cool thing is that once you understand the human brain then suddenly breakups and other things suddenly doesn’t feel so personal anymore. Humans are primitive in nature. We are drawn towards shiny new things. And if we can’t have it then we just want it even more😅 Anyway I hope this helped you in some ways☺️

You would need to follow the limited no contact rules, making sure that you seem calm and happy. Try not to show any awkwardness on your part

@@chrisseitercoaching we were married 5 years I had bitterness for some behaviors he had we divorced, he pursued me and was beautiful but before I hurt him telling him don’t loose his time but we were still like a couple but I did not want marriage and he found someone while trying to recover from me he can not be alone himself since he was abandoned when was a child , now I miss him I am jealous and he says is my fault also he upgraded his girlfriend who is virgin and she is great in every way but he just call me because he is doesn’t have sex desperate he said miss my body but is afraid that I’ll hurt him, I believe that could win him again and fell twice because I still have feeling because he said miss me but he is having great time with his girlfriend and she is the one, he wants to keep me as a “friend” I told him I do not want that and don’t call me again I think it will be very difficult compete .but I’m sure in some day he will show up in my door what can I do? I really want to do the no contact rule but showed up snd hug me and I fell in his arms :( what can I do No open ? Last time told me he will come and knock ✊ strongly so I opened because I did not want people hear that.
