oh god i'm getting flashbacks to this one girl who'd literally run and jump on the boys backs and steal their letterman jackets to wear and say "they gave it to her" and hang off them and say they were besties. she'd literally squeal down the hallway "hiiiiii bestie!!" and run and jump on them while they literally just were *guy standing awkwardly emoji* it made everyone so uncomfortable.
I don't think embarrassment would've stopped this lady. A good dallop of empathy building experiences and some proper stumbling blocks in her formative yars would've gotten her far however
the fact that that literal child (how old was he? like 11?) could so confidently could name a porn star and attest to watching her is HORRIFYING. as an adult who grew up with unrestricted internet access, well before the mass encroaching of social media, i know it permanently fucked me up, my perception of the world, and interpersonal connections and OH MY GOD IT’S SO MUCH WORSE NOW. porn addiction is real as well, and these poor boys are gonna grow up with dysfunctional dopamine receptors due to the constant flow of brain-rotting stimuli, not to mention the blatant inability to form a relationship with a real woman because that porn shit is manufactured to be so unrealistically “perfect” to the degree that nothing else is good enough. all this for views and money. fucking scary.

I think the legitimate problem comes with some people being horribly online and have an unhealthy perception of sex? I don’t know how to explain it without getting too serious but it’s like they completely forget how real people function and then end up basically SAing strangers for clout.

Non-ironically, I see the world as people living out their own stories and sometimes those stories happen to cross over. We’re all the cast and crew of everyone’s story whether we like or not at least sometimes. I’m the villain in some random customer’s story and the side character to someone else’s but I’m the main character of mine. We all have our own stories.

Once i saw a video of a guy with an eye infection saying that he caught clamidia at the gym after drying his face with his towell that was previously on some machine or bench of the gym and i have never ever been carefree at the gym after that.

I once had a big rash on my back from the gym. Was a fungal issue that needed prescriptions to get rid of. The gym is gross, and anyone not wearing clothes there is disgusting.
I used to have a job stocking hospitals in the middle of covid. This meant often times I'd pull a shift from 10 am to possible 2 pm but easily 6 pm, and if it was a travel day, im hauling ass to the airport to sit on a possibly 5 hour minimum. Literally once I was stuck at the bridge and they didnt have AC or water, so we were stuck in this hot ass tube and one of the passengers jumped out the emergency exit. If this woman was on that fateful flight doing all this shit, on god I think I would've joined the dude who parkoured off the wing.
