Zero Caliber 2 is the closest thing to Call of Duty in VR I've played on the Quest. Check out Mudrunner VR here - sbx.gg/bmfvr Check out Zero Caliber 2 on the Quest store here - www.meta.com/en-gb/experience...
Thanks! Looking forward to this one. I finished the single player on this and checked out the mods, then moved over to Contractors, which had a learning curve (head shots, head shots). I decided to go back to Zero Caliber to play with semi-auto vs. full auto, as Contractors made me watch my ammo more. Enjoying the replay and can't wait until the next one comes out. Looks awesome. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
My biggest gripe with the first game was the basic levels and constant surrounded / wave type sections. I like the tactical movement through a level, clearing rooms etc. This looks like a lot more of that... nice!
@@MalikShauntesame things with ZC2, till they make a game just for Q3 we won't see to much of a difference. Unless it's changed a lot from the gameplay testing from about 6 months ago.
The Quest 2 does have limitations when it comes to setting up enemy AI movements and behaviour. It's much much better than in ZC1 though! We also tried to hide any enemy AI shortcomings as creatively as possible, can't wait for y'all to put it to the test 🤩
My fav shooting game 🎉🎉🎉 How’s the resolution and details in quest 3 compared to a pc version? I know zero caliber reloaded on quest 2 was a let down compared to its pc version
Are there shadows? Only buying it if there is. It looks fun. I really like the first one... I just really love shadows 😢 there is something about shadows that really connect my mind to the game.
Really looking forward to reviews of the full game. Still going through the first and it's surprisingly fun. I hope they make some improvements and REALLY hope for a mixed reality home defense mode.
I’m really excited for this game. It’s such an improvement over the original in every way possible. I will confess I haven’t pre ordered but only because we don’t have a full release date.
Hm. Actually, I would love to play single player campaign shooter in VR. I don't remember really encountering one while playing VR games, but I could miss them. My eyesight is not very good and it's pain to play with glasses, so I prefer sword fighting games anyway.
1:34 was like the scene in pulp fiction where vincent vega and jules get shot at after killing the suitcase thief. by the jerry Seinfeld look alike hiding in the bathroom.
CoD 4 was developed by Infinity Ward. Back then, they had around 100 people working on it for 2 years. A team that size, with a similar budget and timeframe, could easily replicate those graphics on Quest 3. We'll get there one day. Zero Caliber 2 on Quest is our next step in that journey. :)
have you ever seen contractors. If not its gonna blow youre mind dude if you think this has anything to do with call of duty. Contractors has the maps and guns from call of duty dude
Game we've been waiting for? That's a bit of a stretch, but it's definitely better than the 1st game. They need to kill Q2 support and build exclusively for Q3 and PCVR. Oh wait they are pulling support for PC. I don't blame them, PCVR players are ademanding bunch. Quest players slop up pretty much anything, and gives most games 4+ Stars. Thanks for the new gameplay. 👍
I really wish they stuck with the very photorealistic vibe of the first game when it was on PC. The quest version was so cartoonish and wacky, even this one, just looks so fake especially the really generic blood spatter when you shoot enemies.
Did they pay you for this ad? Because from the looks of it, you are exaggerating a lot. Especially when you consider contractors and contractors showdown. This looks like n64 graphics. And looks as clunky as the first one.
what else would it be ? either shooter or rogue like nothing new . the industry keep ignoring the majority of audience that are eager for open world sims4 like games.
I will never buy a game from these developers again. Gambit was never completed, first game on PC was just neglected for years. I do not trust this dev team or publisher :(
That hit ring looks horrible, the AI is absolutely garbage, and the visuals are arse. Hopefully this looks and plays better on release, because is is utter garbage.
zero caliber is cool but the story is very overated , its so boring the entire 1st game was just 5 min missions of going to kill 10 enemies with a little bit of story sprinkled in at the end. and these battles are not massive at all theres only around 10 brain dead enemies at a time they are so boring to fight
The 1st game on quest was a dumbed down experience from the PC game. Most of the levels were changed to be shorter and graphics turned to N64 mode. I've played the ZC2 tests and it's def better.
Graphics looks just like the previous game, and the NPC's are as bad as that one... So basically the charge you again for... new maps? Ohh driving sound nice but i dont think in paying again for a simple real feature.
