You messed up by believing all foreigners are minorities if a Immigrant from Germany and is white comes to America he will be apart of the white population if a black man comes from Africa he would be apart of the black population minorities are based more on race Foreigners is just based on place of birth. Also with the movie situation I feel it depends on actors if u get a english speaking Indian American to fake a strong Indian accent in a movie I feel its in poor taste when there are already actors in Bollywood or even in America that actually do speak with accents that coulda been hired.
