Great video, Bro! I appreciate your review and opinion on this controller. Been waiting on a controller like this since the Rane One launched with no onboard Fx. The Rev 7 sparked my interest next, but I decided to wait to see if Rane would answer and improve the R-One, but the Rane 4 came next and didn't check all my boxes. I currently have the Rane 12s & 70 mixer, so I'm excited about this one! Thanks again, Bro!
PDOT Explained Well😮😳😂. Whats confusing The RANE4 is not a Moving Platters Controller, Same Options Truthfully, Fully EQ Controlling Ability, i owns Both Now!!!! waiting on Performer in MAIL … TODAY!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉, PDOT gives you True Facts, Go watch Cleveland Terry Review on Both, he Actually Gave Rev 7 Life,🤯😂, he probably Sponsored by Pioneer??? lol RANE PERFORMER💨💨💨💨💨💨💨Smokes Alotta Controllers💨💨💨💨💨🤪😮💨🫡RANE Cooked Butter and FLAVOR!!!!! many been Hating on Rane4, and they don’t even Read Users Guide and then Ranted against Rane4😩🤧💀Especially Some of these Troll DJ’s and Who lack Understanding!!!!! 😅Many need to Get their Money up, Listen, RANE Upgrade your instruction Guides Too!!!!!! Rane4 Users Guide is …🤮😭, WEAK!!!!!😊But i loves the Work and Upgrading you did from Rane4 To RANE Performer… Very HEAVY but … Worth the Weight!!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤪Thanks RANE’
Great review, would love one of these units for house parties…however i have been considering the rane 12’s to go with my atrak (currently using regular turntables and serato) but you mention the wobble when pitch bending on the platters, are they really that bad? If so i may go with Phase instead
How you like it compared to rev7? I didn’t remove the jogs felt tok flimsy and airy on the rev7. Thoughts? Also how you like adjusting to not being in battle mode?
They are very similar but I always have preferred the metal build on Rane gear over a lot of Pioneer gear. As far as the pitch adjustment positioning, I play a lot on cdjs nowadays so I'm used to the pitch being on the side.
Nice controller, but I personally don’t need a 4 channel spinning platter controller and I’m not a huge fan of the buttons located below the platter. I’ll stick with my Rev7 for now.
I can confirm its 28lbs and honestly I'm not sure what setup I'd like better, but if I had to take gear to my gig... I might prefer this since its less weight and faster setup.
CRAPRATO is not the only software to work on this. not all djs are sheep and fall for the searto played out hype..dont title of the video (nest serato controller) serato is not the onlu software on planet earth SMDH
@RaneDJ make a 1272 Performer! I'll GLADLY PAY $4,000! But it has to have a multi-touch 10" display, wifi, Stems w/ fx, 4 channel ins in which fx can be applied, music aggregate streaming, Bluetooth, SSD hard drive slot, Ableton Link, Booth & Zone outs, etc. @denon_dj take notes!
