As someone who lives near the Australian town called Banana, I have to correct Joey. It’s not named after bananas. There’s no bananas grown there (it barely rains) and there’s no big banana (it’s actually at Coffs Harbour NSW, no where near it). The town was actually named after a bullock (a castrated bull) named banana cos he was yellow.

Ironically, this is the most consistently on-topic they've ever been.

Here in Germany Bowling is completely optimized. Everybody stands in a half circle around the guy who is bowling, drinking and talking all the time. But also everybody is taking the bowling part serious.

I started watching this podcast last year, then totally forgot about RU-vid altogether for the longest time. And now I'm binging this podcast. At the time of writing this there's 66 podcasts. 15 down 51 to go. At roughly 2 hours a video that's 102 hours. 102 hours I could use to do literally anything else productive or otherwise, am I still gonna do it? Yes, yes I will.

When you go to a house party and it’s just a gathering with attitude

I really feel Connor at the end with that CoD tournament thing. I really got into Black Ops 2 for an entire year after dropping out and literally all I did was wake up, play Black Ops 2 for 16 hours, go to bed and repeat it the next day. I ended up getting a near 5.0 k/d because you could completely reset your entire stats and progress once you reached the final prestige or something. Really fun times, but incredibly unhealthy.

bowling ranks next to cards against humanity in my "list of things to do while drinking" chart. Right near the bloody bottom. People care less as they get drunker, miss their turn and realise that they'd rather just hang out, enjoy their drink and talk to their friends without having to do this annoying chore every 2-3 minutes. It feels like people only go bowling or play CAH because they think they need something to do while drinking. I'd rather literally just sit at a table and drink with my mates. And I would, if it weren't for the damn rona. So now I'm having a beer watching Trash Taste instead. Kill me.

Just adding some curiosity knowledge: Guarana is a fruit from SA more specifically in the North region of Brazil, and funny to know that the Japanese made their own version of the Guarana Soda which is very popular there, also the fruit was discovered and consumed by the natives and was oftenly made in to juice, now a days only the people of the region consumes it as juice.
