This 3 question series I might scrap and just focus on 1x subject per video as im noticing that views tend to drop off after the first or 2nd question if its not something viewers want to hear. Plus views are low on these and I need to get them back up. Any subjects you think i should cover bar universal credit as its a subject with no relevance to the company?
@@RevorecRecruitmentSolutions you already covered universal credit anyway 😊 Not sure if this is relevent depending on your policies but as suggested maybe do a video on recruiters taking on workers with criminal convictions.?? As one aspect is if your not told as a recruiter then you send someone for interview but they only declare in interview. There is then a issue of your client coming back saying why did you not tell us person x had a convication. Plus is these situations it not always clear if recruiters need to be told. But depends on the conviction I guess.
