"Bag of money" - ding ding ding! My current job pays generously. It's also one dumpster fire after the other, great people quitting on the spot, problems swept haphazardly under the rug. I will need some extreme therapy once I finally get to leave.
Hi sir, my employer is forcing the policies without notice or written agreement in my contract where I get help. My employer is planning to deduct a total salary of three months?
LOL, I once worked for the ultimate _Douche Bag_ piece of dog sh-t... his name was Eddy Edwards and he was the ultimate textbook example of Bad Management... he could _ALWAYS_ find a reason to justify DOING NOTHING whenever any problems were *_clearly_* pointed out to him! If anyone thinks Edwards was a 'manager', they are seriously deluded!
Had a manager tell me to start doing things my way and take initiative. So I would. Then the lead would get angry with me because I wasn't doing things exactly the leads way. So lead would go to manager and tell him I had an attitude. Then manager would lecture me because I wasn't doing it the leads way. 3 years of this, and I quit. The lead would yell at the two of us under him. But was BFF with people from other departments
Ill tell you how universal credit works. Lose your job .wait on money!!! Have a child and your maternity pay from work stops? Wait on your pitiful money!!! Lotta shite introduced by shite!!! Kept going by shite!!!
Rest breaks during the working day If someone works more than 6 hours in a day, they have the right to a rest break of at least 20 minutes. These rest breaks should be: planned in advance taken during the working day, not at the start or end of the day If they work more than 6 hours, there's no automatic right to more breaks. For example, a 12-hour shift does not mean they're entitled to a 40-minute break, but the employer should consider it. ??? Please give me a proper link with the rights to stay an hour break/lunch after 4 hours of work in the UK. Thank you
11. They assault their subordinates. 12. They ignore the advice of their domain experts. 13. They require their subordinates fix problems in their "personal time". 14. They require their subordinates to "innovate new features" in their "personal time" as "hobby projects". 15. They require their subordinates to perform unsafe tasks after business hours. 16. They use their subordinates' work permits to motivate higher productivity. 17. They do not abandon initiatives that have demonstrably failed. 18. They invest in training, then abandon the initiative before its effect is fully realized. 19. They are larcenists or embezzlers. 20. They demand overtime on a moment's notice during the holiday season. 21. They overpromise the output of their teams, then gaslight their superiors, then blame their subordinates. 22. They are narcissists, especially covert ones, and they promote their enablers. 23. They endorse or require unsound practices. 24. They criticize subordinates for following established procedures. 25. They expect results from untrained subordinates, and do not invest in training.
Awww thank you for this amigo I have just made redundant cero hours massive company in the UK but still going big! Problem I have is I'm no made redundant till September the first and my gym needs a letter from this company so I don't have to keep paying £158 membership
My take on this, realizing the company or employer is there to make money and not to benefit the employee is a first step. You can spend your life bemoaning that fact, or you can accept it and find your own path. At the end of the day, there is no way around us needing to work for a living. But there are things we can do to make it better. I think checking out is one of the worst ways to go.
When supervisor tells you people left before because of scapegoating once you already employed and having supervision 😅 I'm in this crap situation currently. And soo many people now left, my office space full of new people.
good day, i have a conviction here in the philipines but i been already served my sentence for 8 years in a rehabilitation facility, my question is! can i work abroad.? all country that i apply for a job, they asking me about employment and criminal conviction. can anyone employer abroad will accept me. thank you and God bless ❤
The Gov keeps whining now and then about Jobseekers payments and people on benefits. Each town or at least county in England probably has thousands of people on benefits for years, DECADES even... many of whom don't need to be. A lot of them just want somewhere cheap and affordable to stay. 300pcm from benefits could work out at £30k after only 1 decade. So it's ironic to think.... the amount of time some these people have been on benefits... having little interest to work for various reasons (e.g. extortionate rates of the system)... that by now the Gov could have bought / offered them a cheap place to stay up front from the start of their first attempted claim....offered them reduced benefits instead... and saved themselves a lot of money in the process.
Went for a job interview a few months ago. No one was at the office at appointed time. They called, apologized, and asked me to come back the next day. The next day the owner didn't even sit down to interview or offer me a seat. Just asked if I could start the next day as it was a new business venture. First day on the job, the owner left me on my own after two hours, saying "Ok I've got to go. Will you be okay by yourself?" I had to choice but to stay. It was a daycare with kids there! I was out of there a month later.
My husband’s manager and boss told staff they wanted more givers than takers. Meanwhile they increase service prices but cut budget, no salary raises, cut benefits….
I have received a UCD81 letter in my universal credit inbox today what is the meaning of it as it doesn't say anything about pay rises or anything like it it just says that I've been put in the limited capability of work related activities what ever that means.
What if the police and the judges were corrupted by racism and caused an innocent person to have criminal record? Would these be considered by the employers if the solid evidences of the corruption of the court and police forces are shown to the employers?
Micromanaging is another bad signal. Particularly if every move you make is "recordered" or monitored on IT software which generates a report, to the extent that your toilet breaks are counted in minutes and seconds, it's a priblem
It's often only once you get there that you notice the reality. If there are cliques and a culture of some are in the clique and others are not, its bad.
This video is very useful, thank you. I'm in the process of applying for joint UC claim ..I made a mistakes on the application form and can't seem to edit it. Have you any advice on how I can start my application again?
UC. How it doesn't work and what you need to know to avoid it being stopped would be a more useful video. Good luck all those who genuinely need this payment! I was told, after working 30 hours a week for 12 years, that I had to be working a minimum 36 hours or they'd assign me a work coach to find something to fill the additional hours!! Now I'm on 36 hours, it means they can cut the amount of UC we receive! R-soles, the lot of them!

Gave two weeks notice in under two weeks. The manager was simply the capstone on a remarakabky amateur group. No ability, one trick ponys, refused all requests. Really cannot install a machine until you clear the floor. Everyone was a wage slave, expected everyone is. Fools. Good luck.
Employers are too fussy these days. You have plenty of companies out there with not enough employees or few who are failing to hire people due to lack of "qualifications" crap (where qualifications are not that essential) , or other insecurities crap the Gay-Gov has fed them on. Despite being perfectly able to do such roles.
Hi.i got universal credit at the moment..today i just stop working ,in the factory where i been for 9 years...how to let know universal credit about that?what section to chose to let them know about that?thank you
I have a conviction from about 9 years ago for Possess prescribed equipment - convicted Good behaviour bond $400 18 months will HR fire me its for a housekeeping cleaning job for a discovery park in australia
I'm guessing the official policy about not accepting certain items for return has flexibility. The idea is all the frontline employees initial reject such returns and if the customer makes a big stink and asks for the manager, then they'll go ahead and accept the return. Getting an initial pushback from the employee will be sufficient for most customers, but for those very annoying ones, it's better to just take the item than to potentially lose a customer over a single return request. However, it sounds like frontline employees aren't made aware of such flexibility and so yeah, it does make you look like an idiot when the manager comes over and just accepts the return.
The law of conservation of energy says that energy is neither created nor destroyed. When people use energy, it doesn't disappear. Energy changes from one form of energy into another form of energy. A car engine burns gasoline, converting the chemical energy in gasoline into mechanical energy. --Albert Einstein-/❤

I'm always amazed how companies are surprised when you resign, even if you have indicated before that you are not happy with certain aspects. And then suddenly a promotion and pay increase is no problem at all. Look at people who are doing a good job, especially if they are 5yrs into it. At that time the compensation starts to lag behind with people who do switch companies. So you either expect them to go or give them some kind of internal promotion and recognition (could be simply by adding "senior" or "principle" to the job title if there is no team lead/management role, some extra money/holidays or a bigger car allowance). A counter offer means that you are late/passive.
The problem increasingly these days that employees don't see is how much it costs to employ someone. Average salaries have increased heavily but the tax thresholds haven't. And employers have to duplicate employees income tax. And with more and more people falling into the 40% tax bracket costs employers typically 120-140% of your salary to employ you. So as much as employees are worried about a cost of living crisis so are employers as theyre getting squeezed too. So unfortunately unless forced most businesses wont up your money unless you force their hand. But additionally the risk is those same employees could be those who get redundancy first so it's swings and roundabouts
@@RevorecRecruitmentSolutions I agree, but there are often tax friendly ways to reward employees. WFH is quite common now, but that can help greatly, especially when commutes are long. Most countries have tax friendly ways to pay for stuff which might be useful, like WFH allowance (for heating/electricity), pension contribution, etcetera. An extra holiday is also a nice reward. But don't be surprised to get the resignation letter if you do nothing...
