Awesome video Another issue with moving jobs every 2 years is I imagine employers don't like job hoppers. Every job I havnt gained I was told they found someone who meets what they are looking for better and have more experiance. Which sounds like the go too answer. I have only had 1 interviewer actually give me constructive feedback on my Interview. Last interview I had they never got back to me at all, even after I chased them up. That's a good point about them protecting themselves from discrimination. I read an article about someone who recieved an email about why they didn't get the job. It was because they had huge viable tatooes so I assume that would fall under discrimination?? But I could be wrong as wouldn't be a protected class. Great info on the counter offer point weather to take or not.
