So true about the Algerian cuisine, very few restaurants make it coz most of us prefer eating our "traditional" food at home so when we go out it's to try food that we don't usually prepare home. Our cuisine is very diverse depending on the region as you said it's the 10th biggest country of the world so there are many differences, cultures and traditions in Algeria 🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿

There is snow in Algeria actually not only in the mountains like the mountains of Sharia, but also in cities such as Constantine, Setif, Tizi Ouzou and many other cities.

The nice thing about Algeria is that the government doesn't support mass tourism, and the Algerian people don't see you as a walking dollar, unlike some neighboring countries.

Each season is diffrent in Algeria, next time maybe you can visit local person inside their home and enjoy the cuisine. Try also winter in algeria you can visit the north with snow and the south for the sahara.

Yes Algeria is the 10th largest country in the World, and just how it has beaches sahara mountains ...etc , it has many tribes which is the reason the culture is so rich, unfortunately many miss seeing the Algerian traditions like Attires and food, as for the food yes the best food is made in Homes you can ask for pages that do delivery or there are also places called Khaima, however normal restaurants are for fast food or Algerian Street food. As for our cuisine it was actually voted as the Top 1 cuisine in the Mena region by TasteAtlas for 2022/2023, The similarities you see between Algeria Tunsia and Morocco aren't that much Actually, except for Couscous which is A Numdian dish and each do their way, and maybe Baghrir, Msamen and Sfenj and For tagine it's the name of the Amazigh pot not the dish it self and again each Maghreb country has it's own Tagine dishes, many other recipes are originally Algerian and like many other traditions it was introduced to moroccans by the Algerian immigrants who went to the east of Morocco during the Algerian revolutionary war. Not to mention the cultural appropriation that is happening for the sake of tourism there( for political reasons as well) especially since the recipes are available everywhere since Algerian Cooking TV and youtube Channel are again the most watched in North Africa. Something else that you would've loved is our Sweets, we are also in the top when it comes to sweets, you can find them in shops or order them from pages online as well. Unfortunately we didn't see any of your videos on IG or tiktok and many Tourists influencers are here these days so some videos on youtube didn't go viral here or we would've recommended many pages.
