I know just how you feel. I have gone through years of similar feelings and experiences. Sometimes when we stop trying so hard and just give it all up and rest, we find a modicum of peace. I pray. You need to change your approach to life. By that I mean changing your thoughts. If you wake up every day with negative, unconstructive, defeatist attitude nothing will change. You have to connect with your soul not your ego. You have to confront this saboteur. Suffering is part of the human journey. Read the autobiographies of holocaust survivors. Read Viktor Frankel for one. The history of the Jewish people is one of suffering and resilience. Overcoming setbacks. You can learn new skills. Take up arms against this mindset that is holding you back.

Nobody here wake up one day said suddenly: ' I'm gonna start existing and feed my own existence into eternity. No one made that choice self consciously to self propel into existence. We never stood a chance to say I wanna live forever and come to pass .many have come promising endless asinine promises but never came to pass. So whatever reality we face is all G-d's will . G-d's desire , G-d's needs .if it wasn't for those G-dly characteristics we wouldn't be here as we know it.
