@@Masterfighterx he doesn't have tourette he just raises his eyebrows a lot, it's not even a tick because it doens't happen consistently. It usually happens when he is analysing some stuff and showing approval doesn't happen when he's just doing random storytelling.

Hair transplants for someone with his hair loss won't even cost 2k, so I guess he can easily make that within a day. My father got a transplant done for 2.6k, including a 10-day vacation to Turkey with my mother, and he was very very bald at the time. If getting bald fucked with him that much he could have easily gotten a transplant already. Him being an attic dwelling, balding goblin definitely is part of his image though, and he gets a ton of donations and shit because people like to make jokes about it.

Look at the filth he lives in and his diet. He's rich enough to clean his house up (Or is he still living with his mom?) and eat healthy food, instead of fast food every day.
