As a recently former player of Herod I find what Asmongold did to be selfish and bullyish. From what I understand is that a few people on Reddit told Asmongold that he can't play on Herod in attempt to save the server from streamerish shenanigans. I as many others on Herod don't follow Reddit or Twitch enough to be a part of whatever happened, yet we were all affected. I was online at the time with a friend of mine leveling in Durotar when my friend and I started slinging around everywhere and eventually not being able to move at all. I am not upset about this specific incident, but I am upset and worried about what this means for Herod and the future of the character I play on it. Asmongold stated that he would come back to the server as he felt like and “do this again”, basically holding it hostage. I am torn about how I feel morally, as I feel like anyone should be able to do what they want streamer or not. However, the power he has to completely shut down a server is scary.

I have never been begged for money/items by people in WoW so many times until all these kids joined. Last two hours I've had 5 different kids from Hades begging me for money. I thought you were gonna run the server? EDIT: Also these kids are running around saying racial slurs and harassing people. And you wonder why we don't want y'all here....haha.

blizzard should really intervene with him they banned SWIFTY a few year back for communitys breaking a serverdue to lag, this guy just took a whole community onto a full server which will create queues and is just pissing off there player base and is encouraging this.
