The Return of Steam to the Free State: Farrail's 2023 South African Tour [Part 2] 

In late June of 2023, Farrail achieved the impossible: steaming a class 25NC for a week long tour on both the Douglas branchline (Part 1) and Kimberley to Bloemfontein line (Part 2).
In part 2, we see class 25NC, No. 3437, accompanied by its distinctive 'worshond' tender, steaming along one if it's old strongholds from many decades ago, the Kimberley to Bloemfontein mainline, with an authentic load of cement! Seen here between Kimberley and Bloemfontein on the 29th of June 2023 and returning a day later.

This achievement is truly remarkable and is credit is due to Farrail, the New Cape Central Railway and Steamnet 2000. Despite facing numerous objections and obstacles, this once-impossible tour has been successfully accomplished.
