when i was younger and i needed to lose the extra pounds ,i took slim fast shakes . it was a diet with the slim fast that made sense and it was 'a shake for breakfast-a shake for lunch and a sensible meal' - then you was allowed 3 small snacks per day. i lost a lot of weight using slim fast and it had the nutrients and minerals in the milk so i ha no problem. today -people want things fats ,instant and their not looking at calories in and calories out as a way to deal with their issues. doctors need to stand up to calorie consumption as well as how much do people need to exercise to lose the weight or to maintain what they have.
At least rice zem pic is less likely to make you blind. I hope you have seen that blindness study. There is a RU-vidr I follow that takes the o zem pic. I have tried to tell her that she can go blind but it looks like YT is shädöwbänníng my comments. 😞
