@@averyintelligence In order for it to go to court the police need to investigate, the outcome of the investigation either results in to progressing to the next step or closing the case. The police found 0 evidence of the claims made against him and also concluded that the messages were in fact hacked and tampered with. Social services did a family assessment on the alleged victim and found no evidence of abuse of any kind. So yeah my counter to your rebuttal is they kind of do, but I understand what you meant in this case it didn’t even make it to court .

The key part of the report that backfires against your argument is that it reads that the worker had concerns with the relationship of Dutch and the child. The worker stated that the mother needed to monitor her daughter’s social media better. The concerns the social worker had were lowered by the mum saying she would move home and comply. The document also clearly states that the “messages appear falsified” key word is *appears* because if it was actually investigated by police then the worker wouldn’t be writing that the messages appears falsified, they would be saying they are falsified and proven to be! To me, that sounds like the social worker going along with the story of both the suspect and the victim who are both singing from the same hymn sheet, the same alibi, that the messages were hacked and fabricated… So when you think about it, if the messages were faked, then the social worker would have 0 concern at all about the relationship between Dutch and the kid, but she didn’t, she was concerned, which shows something wasn’t right and she smelt it. This all boils down to the fact that police don’t waste their time or resources on a case where there is no victim and they know that the CPS will chuck it out of court. Which is the case in 90% of the time when someone pleads hacking in these exact same criminal cases in the UK. Read the full document again and see if I’m lying

All them factors contributed and went along with his alibi which led to his freedom as it does with majority in this country who commit them crimes.
