After winning the FCS National title in the Spring of 2021 and winning 21 of 22 games in the calendar year of 2021, the last two seasons have been tough for Sam Houston Football as they have transitioned to the FBS level. They are 8-13 in the last two years and went 3-9 last year in their first year as an FBS school. But their record does not tell the full story. This is the Story of Sam Houston Football.

Their defense was #9 in the FBS nationally through week 3, but the offense could barely cross the 50 yard line. They lost 5 close games late, so learning to finish is paramount. Hoping they get 6 wins and get a bowl game this year. Their talent is improving year by year. Go Kats! 🧡

People don't give enough credit for things that take place at the FCS level. Cameron ward having that crazy game and almost beating Sam Houston state was a lot of the more hardcore fans first look at him, and he'll be a 1st rounder for sure.

Also, you could do one on the history of NDSU and the rise of SDSU. Lots of calls for both to be at the FBS level though I don't think they need to. They've found their niche and can stick to it unless both universities feel they could prosper in the FBS and financially benefit from and support it well enough. Although I think all 4 of the Dakota school would need to move all at once.

I feel like SFA needs to update their stadium, if they do join C-USA they need a nicer stadium but their basketball arena is nice (their baseball field is forgettable )

Interesting content, however it is very difficult to listen to your drone voice. Just listen to how you end every sentence going up then down with your voice. Love to hear improvement because this is great content. Hopefully this is considered constructive criticism.

I do enjoy your content but when discussing sports history it’s important to have sources in the description. You can even put number marks to pop up on the video when you are using said source. Just something extra to show legitimacy.
