My Dad would sing this song together and got such a kick out of the lyrics. My first Stones concert was the "Some Girls" tour 1978. "Find a girl with faraway eyes."

Saw them do this in Nashville in 2015 and Mick noted emphatically that they were NOT intimidated by playing in the capital of country music, put on a huge, ridiculous white cowboy hat and his giant red Gibson acoustic jumbo guitar, and they broke this out. Hysterical, and of course a great tune.

I love the vote song, it's one of my favorite part of the concert. I love Far Away Eyes. This is most definitely a vintage stones song. It's sounding absolutely amazing. Mick is always ready to party with the fans. They are sounding incredible. This is 62yrs of rock and roll excellence. He did a very nice job, you're right, attention was only little on him, but I am sure at the end of rhe show he qas taken to the front to make that bow to the public
