10g butter
1 teaspoon wasabi
1 tbsp potato starch

銀皮、付いてていいけどなぁ。取っちゃうとグラムあたりのコスパのいい砂肝のメリットも激減するし。

へ〜 ワサビポン酢にバターですか イイですね♪ ギンカワ、、、これ食べると次の日に顎関節が痛くて口が開かなくなるのよ(ノ_<) ギンカワ取って、味付けして片栗粉をまぶす 熱湯の火を止めて蓋して茹でるんですねー_φ(・_・ これなら顎関節守れそう?かも⁇
