The sad thing is if Danny stopped flip flopping on his feelings and just rode Harleys around the World and enjoyed the adventure and was just himself, no drama just being himself, and posted twice a week like Itchy boots and had someone cut the footage for him rather than being a control freak hed be happier and have a few mill subs. So talented just ego gets in the way
Danny you need too come back, I’ve been watching for the start . Don’t ever change who you are. But I know you wouldn’t , but to all the people who tell you how you should do your blogs! I just got one thing too say. fUCK OFF YADOGS
This is true . . real men aren't all mixed up with their "feelings" and emotions. That's for women, that stuff. Real men are strong, protecting the weak and leading the way.
There's a tonne of arrogant people in real estate. That's the one characteristic I'll reject any salesman over. Whether I'm buying off them or getting property sold by them. 👎
I spent most of my professional life in Sales Management and I can tell you from my personal experience that, the best and most successful sales professionals are dedicated, strong, intuitive and bold - if that looks like arrogance to you then, you need to work on your understanding of success and how to achieve it for yourself.
Hi@@cj8172, the biggest issue with commissioned sales people is, they wakeup everyday unemployed and therefore, not able to buy food for their families unless you and others come to them for assistance. I have, as have many, had bad experiences with commissioned sales people but the worst has always been financial advisors that work in banks, stock brokers and life insurance sales. Sales professionals have a saying about people that are presenting themselves as buyers "if their lips are moving, they are lying!" so, sales professionals also carry the same opinion of you! Think about it - do you tell the sales person everything that's wrong with your trade in or that leak behind the wall, point our the dents and nicks on the car or the oil leak, crack in the house foundation, missing roof tiles? I didn't think so!
Michelle and yourself seem like very funny, easy going people, but a few weeks ago when I called to enquire on a couple of different properties with Michelle on behalf of a family member, all she wanted to do was talk over me, interrupt and argue. She went as far as trying to tell me that days on market is irrelevant to why a property remains on the market! Hilarious.
It seems like forever since we had a good bogan bike adventure to watch.. something to get excited about and look forward to watching the next upload every night. Miss it very much, are you definitely finished with million dollar bogan? 🙁
I think this is a fantastic video! I can relate on almost every level of this. I went from working in a laundromat to pay for real estate classes (required to sell real estate, well after classes then a required test) I quickly rose to broker & wanted my own RE company, so I did the only smart thing… go to post grad school while brokering (these were 2 hours away!) til I earned enough to get my own. I earned the award for number 1 broker for Century 21 for 6 quarters. I did get my own offices… 2, but the 2nd was too ambitious & premature. I couldn’t get it off & running because I foolishly hired a broker to oversee the 2nd branch who constantly nicked $$ & only hired agents who could not get hired anywhere else. Due to a number of reasons, none actually to the business, it didn’t go past the 2 yr mark. I love watching every video, your candidness & fearlessly being 100% Danny! Obviously I love your travel vlogs… seeing the good as well as the bad. I watched Marine 1 go from a “baby” to the absolute unstoppable beast/work horse it still is!! Keep on being the best you & you’ll continue to soar, even over various hurdles.
Hello Danny I got a suggestion for your next big adventure... "THE BOGAN RIDES TO BOURKE TO BURKETOWN TO BROOME". My idea is combining everything M$B does best. That is riding, your charity work, your fans and other friends. YOU.. your personality charm and brains... oh and Parry... I'm thinking a "slow ride to Bourke, that is a charity drive. Spending time in places like Melbourne, then towns on the way to Sydney, then maybe out through Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo..then up to Bourke. Now, getting to Bourke is all about raising money and awareness about mental health.. that of coarse means mental health in rural communities. Then the ride to Burketown is all about the riding..fun. After Burketown maybe over to Darwin for more fundraising and meet and greets, then finishing on a fun ride to Broome. Now Danny, I know you are a spontaneous kind of bloke, and taking on such a complex challenge is a bit much. but I'm thinking you can macro manage the project and utilize anyone you can in all aspects of fundraising and promotion... even engaging a professional promotions company. Just one idea, get your colleagues in real estate like the guys on Lux listings, Harley Dealers.. and maybe A Current Affair could be interested on a follow up story about you.. And maybe your friends from Big Brother and Channel 7. Thanks for hearing me out so far Mate. now you might think is isn't a good idea.. fair enough.. or I hope you got your own plans, that would be good, anyway I will be watching of coarse for your future adventures. Thanks for all the great times you've shared with the world. Take care mate.
YR10 i luv the meaning behind your numberplate congrats bro. i can relate to your yr10 drop out as i was a 15yearold in the 3rd form, fukn hated school man. much luv frm nu zeelann
Great to hear all this and see you happy, Danny! I think you should apply to be on Survivor Australia. You'd be great on there, just like you were on Big Brother. But most of all I hope you do go back to your rides. They were epic!
The majority voting audience on Big Brother comprised young women to determine the finalist from the last 3 left. This cohort voted for the younger male. But Danny you did well especially in the competitions that demanded physical strength and stamina.
Man I’ve enjoyed the hell out of your vloggs. Me and Mum have binge watched the sturgis and Bolivian Death Road vids, we’ll watch them all for sure. I’ve found your attitude to life to be pretty inspiring tbh, just about to get my first HD in a few months at age 47 and if I can have half of the fun you have then I’ll be a lucky man. My brother hung himself as well, a couple of years ago. Thanks for the great viewing and I hope I see you out on the road someday to thank you in person. You’re a good person and a funny one also! Cheers from Tassie.
When’s the next adventure? Did you get a restraining order from Geelong Hd lol. Miss the die hard motorbike enthusiast Bogan , hope to see more soon!!!
You have to have RU-vid Premium to not have ads. I know only because I absolutely cannot stand interruptions constantly, so I caved & am (foolishly) paying for Premium. I hope this helps.
I noticed in your earlier videos on auctioning a house and noticed that you gave a bottle of wine or champagne to the First bidder and a bottle of champagne to the successful bidder , I'm 100% certain you need a Liqour Licence to do this by law because your actually selling the bottles ...... if your not sure or think I'm a crank , ring Liqour Licensing in your state and you will be surprised
great hearing about both of you.... been watching your vlog since well before covid and enjoyed the vlog out at Michelle's property. Congratulations and continued success to you both and your staff.
Your real estate agency videos were fun especially when you were annoying the hell out of your accountant. Maybe you could do more of these while you are off the road. BTW I found your channel years ago when I was looking up Monkey Bikes so it wasn't even the Harley algorithm at play!
Danny looks so different since I last saw him! Has he had surgery on his nose? He needs a new bike adventure! Him and Parry doing what they do best, having a laugh! Riding through challenging and interesting countries! Hope they continue!
Is there value working for your staff working for you? As you said Ray White took 10% what do you take , I'm a ruff diamond its the cracks that give value to life perfect never last 😊
Really enjoyed this interview Danny & Michelle, can totally relate to the RE side. Good job you didn’t go into franchise. Love your business colours also. 🩷 🙏
Can't see the value as a Ray White franchise? 10%& bla bla..buty, yeah, you are getting free training. Then you can take all that IP and go out on your own. Ray White, and any franchise knows this. Give and take?
Hey Danny you feel off your horse and the best remedy is to dust off and get right back on.. after all a bike is just a bike and you're still in on piece brother✌️😁👍
Hey Danny Steve here, watching your videos are such an inspiration because you have a lot of money you have worked hard for and yet you put other people who have alot of money to shame with how hard you actually do it considering you could ship the bike and do it easy as you could just catch a helicopter home.. and that all comes from believing in yourself so strongly cheers steve
I use to watch your estate agent vlogs and found them very entertaining. Obviously your motorcycle content are more fun. With the drive your have and living life to the full is inspirational. Keep them coming Danny.😉
I used to work as a software analyst, but I've always enjoyed being patient and working with my hands. My grandfather was a sculptor. My mother learned to draw, and she taught me as well. When I was just 5 years old, my art teacher was surprised that I was the only one in the class who used linear perspective correctly. Now, I can create beautiful renovation pieces with professional results. I can't sell a house, but I can build a new bathroom or build a house. The main problem is that some people can be very impatient and aggressive. Personally, it took me two years to finally ride my first motorcycle. I had to learn how to repair and fix it first. We all live in different realities, and I don't appreciate people yelling at me. I practice kickboxing, and if someone wants to find me, they can at the right place and moment. I don't defend any honor, let my ears listen to silence. I don't care to win something.
If I lived in Oz I would trust you two. Danny, I respect your open and honest approach, I hope I get to join you on one of your charity rides in the future
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Thank you Danny, I've been wanting an update of the business for quite a while now, I see it as every little bit as important to you and what you do as all your rides. loved the earlier vlogs featuring your auctions and what you've achieved for some of your clients, magnificent stuff!! Its great to see your belief in your business model and the partnership you have not only with Michelle but with all your staff, well done! Now, back to the bikes!! Just kidding, how about a followup with some of the staff you've featured over the years?
