As a white belt, I watched and studied Marcelo for 5 years as well as dannaher throughout injuries that were pre existing. His game now, as a blue belt, has been implemented into my game within diffrent systems that work well for my shoulder injury. Much respect to our elders. OSS 🙏🤙
I need to get a lot more really good butterfly guard people to come to my school and just show me some stuff like that because I go to places and then they do it and it’s just is the shits. I’ll sweep them every time. I’ll just I never have a problem, you know they get like they get your sleeves or whatever I can stand up and then go to the garden and then I can step through and I’m in something else and it just doesn’t even make any sense
