To sum up 1) Mindset of work ethic - Manager's mindset (Outcome based) vs Worker's mindset (Effort based) 2) Importance of Decision making - 1000 decisions vs couple of important decision per day. Your decision can affect people around you/team. 3) Scheduling the day - Important meetings/work/decisions before lunch. Creative thinking and Laborious thinking!!
Your content displays that you are an avid book reader, because only a good reader can put up such a comprehensive topic..as said by my teachers 'Readers are leaders and Leaders are readers'...good going ganesh..
Only 14k views on this one shows people only like conventional stuff & have little interest in this truly valuable knowledge you provided. Keep going, we need more like this.
All it takes is one viral video to be known. But what it takes to retain the consumer is the quality of all the videos before that. Great video and content quality
This makes more sense because we work to create freedom for ourselves, not to be slave of money. I am going to implement this habit. Thank you Ganesh, you just helped me a lot ❤
It took a week for you to read the book and 10mins for me to understand the values of a billionaires lifestyle through your video... Thank you so much ❤️... Would love to see much more such contents.. 😊
Totally true when it comes to critical thinking.. my brain only works for like 3-4 hours a day for critical thinking... I have been following same practice since last 4 years.. glad to see I'm in right direction 😅
1. Measure your work based on the outcome of your work (Manager's Mindset like Jeff Bezos) and not based on time (Workers Mindset) 2. Sit down with your laptop and do actual research on coming 10 or 20 years later, which skill will actually give you great growth in your life. (Just don't question people based on iska aagey jaake kya scope hai and stop there) do actual research on your own. 3. As Leaders its important to think hard and make right decisions and channelize your team's hard work in the right direction and checking out whether the decision is producing the desired output or not. 4. Schedule your creative or critical thinking work between 9 AM - 1 PM . 2PM to 6 PM you can do laborious work which does not require much critical thinking. After 6 PM close your work and sit down with your family/friends and relax yourself. Apply these practices in your life and see the outcome 💯 All the Best 👍🏻
What you need to do :- ............................... 1.Mindwork of Ethics/Managers mindset/workers Mindset 2.Understand importance of Decision Making-start with small decision making .Do not run in Rat Race .Remember low quality programme City wide bounty programme of France. 3.Scheduling the Day : High IQ meets before 9a.m.-1p.m.(mind highly critical) This is crux of the honest work done by this great guy. Keep Smiling , keep motivating. Thanks
For getting points of this video one need to be in that position like why it is necessary else it is just like a routine bs. You have made very simple but effective explanation. Great job. Keep up the good work.
I am doing fine arts Yes art A subject called applied arts Which teaches, animation Graphics , story telling , videography , photography Most of ads are being digitalised now a days and I guess in coming year It will completely replace Real people to be in video May be digital avatar will replace em or something like that and so I took this stream "Scope hai kya"
Your content is realistic and proven one. The way you explain the the content and video script makes it awesome. Very few channel vidoes I watch till the end and obviously your videos are one of them. I hats off to your out of box thinking...
Good that you highlighted meeting time and i hope my company seniors see this video because most of their lame meetings are held after lunch and thats why these meetings yields poor outcome.
Similar to the rat case, research the cobra effect which had happened in India during the British period. Being an Assistant professor myself, I am impressed. Keep Going!
Biggest problem with many including myself is, we are not mindful. So while working we are thinking about personal things, while enjoying personal things we think about work. And ultimately get dissatisfied with the day career and life that we are leading.
I like your videos, this is what we don't get to learn in schools and universities. We are told to be obedient workers, instead of thinking on our own, don't be a mindless machine and do what you are ordered by others to do. This is what the upper 1% do, live a lavish lifestyle, spend less on consumerism, and are more inclined towards investing and building assets. Jeff has an owner's mindset, that's who he is, It would be great if we all humans become the owner of a company, no workers only owners. He has managers and workers to run his business. Indians need to learn, how to live the European lifestyle, spend equal time working, enjoying life at the same time, instead of working Over Time and being less productive.
See, I have started taking notes on my Kindle while reading now, while I'm retaining my books better and am developing a quicker thinking mind, I haven't been reading very fast, what can I do about this? Should I even do something about it?
Ain't this Class 10th history's Chapter story. By the way thanks for your videos. I can't say that it is a good content because till now I haven't reached your level and you're my senior.👍
Also multitasking is very big issue, it creates a fuss , we rather end up being unproductive in the hope of being productive. P.S: Personal experience. 😂
Well I'm associated with this wonderful organisation, and I believe Jeff is a not just a biz tycoon, he's a management expert or so to say GURU, we've our own 14 principles of the organisation, which is close to that of Henri Fayol's... Right at every level, we know how decision are taken keeping in mind not only the biz, but it's customers, employees, and it's future growth...
This was an amazing video. I have one question what if your office hours start from afternoon. So what could be done in this scenario. Would like to have your opinion.
We should make video on how to do research and analysis of our business and which parameter we should be use......more problems create more opportunities 🚜
