Nikol, you cannot fathom what a shining star you are for us “older” women. We still want to feel relevant and even beautiful no matter the age spots, thinning brows, hooded eyes, sagging neck skin and wrinkles. While I find not wearing makeup liberating but still want to look my best when the occasion calls for it. Thanks for all you do.

Her hair colour makes a huge difference on her. It’s just the way it is. I stopped colouring my hair in my mid 60’s and all,of a sudden service workers, etc, began calling me “dear”. “Sweetie”. I do wear makeup. Unfortunately, grey or white hair does make a difference. Sigh.

@@davisholman8149 When I said "enhancements", that doesn't necessarily mean that someone was under the knife. How many 74 year olds have you seen with a tight neck/jowls like hers? And her skin is smooth and flawless. Nowhere near being close to a typical 74 year old. That's what I was really referring to. There's no way that woman hasn't had "work" done to keep that face/neck svelte and toned. Just speaking the truth.

same, 82 here and I love having a style and wearing makeup and just all aesthetics in general. Lots of comments are focussing on her age number. To me it's totally irrelevant, more important is to do what you can to look refreshed and to be calm. We can each have our own glow then, and truly it is fueled by kindness. These two women are very kind and I admire how that emanates from them both along with a quiet elegance that to me feels very peaceful.

I love how you make your ladies look. I have been sick since Christmas. Yesterday was the first time I was able to go get my hair done. I put on makeup for the first time in a good while. I was so glad I had your products and have been watching, I actually got it almost right. Love ❤️ what you do for us. I was born a golden red, but am completely white. A woman shows her age in her neck and hands. Since I’m 62 and my makeup routine has changed. I was always a less is more kind of girl. Makeup can also age you. I see so many mature women wearing heavy black eyeliner like they did when in their twenties. It can make you look even older. I’m more about good skincare. I also like the way French women wear their makeup. Moisturized clean skin, Natural well shaped eyebrows, mascara and a lovely lip color. That’s it.

My cataract surgery didn’t go right. The surgery itself, went great but my doctor not so much. I could not see right. Spent close to $500 for glasses that never worked right. No help from them nor the doctor. Dry eyes, dry eyes is all she would say. After a year or so she finally admits, I would never see right because I have film growing over the backs I my retinas. Saw a specialist long story short, when I get to the point I really can’t see to drive maybe surgery because there’s like 3 different issues going on with my eyes. Like this beautiful lady said one day at a time and enjoy each day.

My heart goes out to you ... people seem to take cataract surgery so lightly but it is a major decision and may not in all cases be all its proclaimed to be. Change especially when radical can be really a disappointing setback and its lovely for you to share this with us, I mean to not assume it's a simple thing. slam dunk the way it seems to be presented. lovely... good advice... am 83 and actually doing good for my age... been wrinkle free up till 81... but now slowly they tell... but its fine... 2. I have a skin cancer on the side of my nose and as it heals (alternative no chemo for me thanks !!! ) IT DOES LEAVE A SCAR.... WHICH WITH TIME i HOPE i CAN COVER SOMEHOW A BIT WITH MAKEUP... All that said had carteract surgery and now GREAT dont need to wear glasses... bar for reading... have had glasses since I was 5 years so that is GREAT... I have lovely grey/white/silvery hair Brown eyes and when young used a lot of eye make up... now not... but would like to use just a little...silber and light blue seems my favorite ... ... My hair was DARK brown... complexion summer very bronze... in winter paling though .... I like medium... seems now at 83 too much sun tan is actually too much, so instead of sitting in the sun I just go for walks about 5 - 10 -15 km a day... oh yes I have two brown spots but they cover nicely with foundation...
