I had a similar experiience to this a few years ago: first girlfriend, crushed on her for a couple years and when we kissed I felt like a golden, warm, soothing liquid filling my heart and healing me, but I felt like she was so much higher than me that I literally couldn't believe we were together. After a few days I fell into this weird, fearful state, until she finally broke up with me a few months later. The moment I walked away I started laughing because I felt better and I realized that it was my fault because my mind repeated to myself over and over again that this wasn't real (quoting a song, Vermillion by Slipknot: she isn't real, I can't make her real). Because of that I tried to stay away from her as much as possible and when we were together I never did anything that I thought could upset her because I was so scared to ruin the blissful state I reached the first day we kissed. I couldn't realize my fear ruined that bliss, until she actually broke up with me

Holy shit, Tyler's speach around 45 mins is absolute peak RSD. Whenever I worry about him/the company moving away from dating, i'mma watch that back. Incredible from the whole squad overall.

I worked on an ICU unit and everybody was Flatout miserable! All the damn time so every day when I would go into work I would try to be happy and full of energy and they hated me for it! There is evil in the world and alot of people are afraid to stand up to it.

I had my first panic attack a few years ago, thought it was a heart attack and I was going to die. First thing I did was reach over to my brother in the car and hug him. I held him for a while, something i would never do if i wasnt thinking I was going to die. Scared the crap out of us, but shed a little light on what life is about. Makes so much sense in this context

everyday theres more darkness, chaos, and fear of death and the void that piles up. we think we can just sit around and ignore it and distract ourselves but we can't. our minds and our bodies won't let us. the darkness is gonna build unless we take massive action and really actualize our potential.

Don't be afraid - be sincere in every interaction you have and see how other incensire, hostile people will eventually leave you, because they cannot handle your high vibe state. Their goal is to bring you down to their level of misery, sadness, dependence and depression. Let go of yourself and you'll see how the low vibe people would suffer and filter out of your life. Just to be clear on the amount of school shootings happening 'once a week'. The definition for school shooting or at least for the mainstream media for it to make the list is: a gun being shot close to or nearby a school. Most of the time, by far, it's not an actual school shooting - if there were to be a school shooting once a week, each shooting would get immense coverage for the purpose of gun control. I know your point was that there are an abnormal amount of school shootings and it's tied to mental health, and I still fully agree on that. Just thought I'd let you know about this anyway.

It's pretty wild but there really is a look in the eye of any sort of emotion or trauma like Tyler and Julien mention. resentment, envy, hatred, deep trauma, presence, joy, happiness - you can all tell by looking in the pupil in that moment.

17:29 I think I managed that a couple nights ago. Laying in bed I felt myself getting triggered by a thought I was having and Owen's challenge of instantly releasing the energy jumped into my head nearly immediately. I felt very good and light physically, yet with an energetic quality to the feeling, almost like I was aware of my astral self and even got a bit concerned when it felt like it was leaving my body starting from my legs moving up towards my skull. I stopped and did my best to simply exist in that state of... joy? peace? without leaving myself for as long as possible. After 1-2 minutes I returned to a slightly higher than normal state and, since it was late, went back to trying to sleep. I've felt a bit better than my previous normal these past couple days after as well. Even though I don't feel like I managed to fully release the entire, or perhaps all of, the related triggers: I definitely have felt just that much better than my previous normal.

There is no such thing as adrenal fatigue unless you have some sort of disorder that affects your adrenal medulla. What you are most likely experiencing is a state of apathy or grief disguised as "adrenal fatigue". There is enough adrenaline in the body to be released well past the life expectancy of a human. Stress can have an impact on your life, but your perception of it is what has the greatest impact on your health. It does not affect your adrenaline as norepinephrine is constantly being released. There is no literature that supports "adrenal fatigue". Excellent video btw.

If you only fake positivity without releasing your baggage it's very easy for someone to come along that wants to absorb your positivity and use you as their anchor. Eventually the other person's negative energy will bring your own to the surface. It might be at a moment of weakness, but like they said around the 35 min mark, it's a slippery slope to the bottom. It's gravity that will drag you back into your own negative past. Boundaries are key if you are going to jump into releasing, be insanely careful not to get stuck there and regress.

That part where Jeffy said, "Resolve to do good even if it seems pointless." This is how I felt since middle school growing up as a Christian. For me that's what it's always been about. It's not about judging others or controlling with guilt and dogma. I wish more people understood this. It's funny to see these guys who most religious people would think of as "lost" coming back around to the point so many people have lost in the name of one thing or another.

The inner hell that everyone experiences and that Julien is talking about without even knowing it is sin. I would have never known this if I myself did not get saved by Jesus Christ 2 years ago. I followed simple pickup and RSD for 4 years. I made challenges for myself where I was approaching 3 girls a day and I did that for a year. I threw myself into every set you can imagine to overcome approach anxiety and fear.. girls with sorority sisters, girls with their moms, girls with their dads, girls with their entire families. I mastered day game but I couldn't figure out why no matter how many approaches I did daily or how many women I slept with, why I still felt like crap and was never happy. I was only happy when I was texting 5-6 girls a day or actively approaching women at my school or the local downtown area. I tried meditation, changing my diet, exercising more.. none of it was working to overcome my anxiety. At the time it was 2017 and because I did not want to give up the hard work I had invested for the last 3 years learning how to pick up women I said to myself, "It is 2017, which means human beings must have figured out something by now other than God that can help me." But I began to realize that there was something missing within me. Perhaps you have heard your Christian friends say this to you before, "There is a God shaped hole in your heart and only God can fill it". Well I began to ponder on this and it was really starting to make some sense to me given that I had tried everything but God to fix my problems. After a lot of thought and knowing that a decision to follow Christ meant literal lifestyle suicide I decided to give up game and sleeping around and commit my life to Christ on January 21, 2017. Let me tell you guys, I have never had so much joy in my life!!! I can say with 100% certainty that Jesus IS REAL!! He has completely changed my life and I no longer deal with any anxiety. He healed me completely. I share this with you guys because I am compelled to by love. Julien, Tyler, Max, Jeff.. I love you guys. You helped me to develop so much confidence in myself but I am here to return the favor. Jesus is Lord and He will set you free from the itch within your soul that makes you wonder, "There must be more to this life, I have tried everything. What is my answer?" I am here to tell you that Jesus is your answer. Jesus loves all of you guys! I leave you with this: "It is the Spirit of God that gives LIFE; the works of the flesh (meaning yourself) is no help at all" John 6:63 For God so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son (Jesus) that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
