The RM Stator ReVolt Voltage regulator is a revolutionary new product that provides reliable, efficient, and precise voltage regulation for your ATV, Motorcycle, SXS or Snowmobile's electrical system. This voltage regulator provides a steady output voltage, allowing you to run higher electrical loads without the risk of overcharging your battery or damaging your electrical system. The ReVolt Voltage regulator is designed to get the most out of your charging system and maintain constant voltage thanks to the new rectifier design.
The ReVolt Voltage regulator is made with high-quality components that ensure reliable and precise voltage regulation. The regulator is designed to be easy to install and is a great choice for those who want to be sure that their electrical system is running at the optimal level. The regulator is also designed to lower operating temperatures to improve reliability.
RM Stator has made it easy to put this on just about any machine that you have. I’m using this on a 1998 Suzuki Quadrunner and they have an adapter so there is no need to cut up your existing wiring harness. If you have an application, they will be able to make it work for your needs
The installation of this is easy, the hardest part is making sure you remove the right fasteners on the body to get access to it. It was a direct swap with no fabrication required. Undo the old one and put the new one in with it’s pigtail and you are on your way to near perfect voltage regulation. In my before and after testing, the ReVolt regulator offers better voltage regulation at a lower operating temperature which will prolong the life of the part.
With this voltage regulator running cooler, you can experience greater reliability on the trails or mountain. You don’t want this to be left walking back to camp, this will help ensure that your charging system operates exactly as it needs to! Check the link below to learn more about it.

RM stator is good, but I replaced my stator on my sled (arctic cat M8) and one of the terminals in the 3 wire plug the stator came with pushed out and didnt make a connection. It was very hard to notice when connecting it. After some troubleshooting I found the issue.. However it was very frustrating. Sounds like you had a similar issue.

The issue I had was on the ATV side. The connector was broken and sliding the new connector in caused the pin to slide out the back of the original suzuki connector. I used a small flat blade screw driver to push the pin back in to make contact correctly. It was nothing on their side that was an issue, it was on my side.

You had replaced your stator in a previous video. What was wrong with it? Why are you replacing the voltage regulator? Does your machine burn them up?

I replaced the Stator and went through the charging system because this is my wife's machine and I need it to just work without an issue. I was offered a chance to show what this new regulator could do and how to install it on an older machine. I have the RM Stator factory replacement regulator tucked away in case I need it. This Suzuki has no issue burning parts up and has been a solid beast for a lot of years, just about every change I make is in the interest of making it better than it was. I also have plans to greatly improve the lighting and making sure the electrical side is up to par is a good idea.

@@SnowFamilyRacing I have the 2001 model and it is over charging so I replaced the voltage regulator with a cheap ebay one and it only worked for a short wile then the voltage went to 18 and it would only idle. when I gave it gas it wouldn't shut off but it wouldn't go. I had to turn the lights on to lower the voltage enough to get it to work. I was asking because I'm not sure if it is the stator or the voltage regulator. Thanks for getting back to me.

Is it worth it for a 500$ difference from stock? For old units, I probably wouldn't do it

This would be better suited for higher amperage SXS. This Old Suzuki has a winch that pulls some amperage and will be getting a significant lighting upgrade soon. It's totally a user's call.

Especially when snowed in! 2 of the 3 in the garage run well. The yellow '64 needs an engine and it would run great! This was filmed before snowmageddon hit and made a mess of things!

I’m down for a good product but there prices are to expensive for something that’s not high performance quality. They wanted 35 dollars for a starter relay on my quad.

Their quality is better than just about anything I've seen. I'm running quite a few of their charging systems components, and they all perform better than the originals.
