I am in my late 50s and I am comfortably wealthy. My advice as to what I know now is never go to the extreme and find balance. Live life a bit while building your wealth because no amount of money will ever replace your youth. Enjoy it while you can. Money isn't everything.

I find a lot of what you say interesting and helpful. However I can't agree that some of it. For instance, when companies encourage their experienced workers to leave because they refuse to come back to the office, they are loosing economic factors that can't be easily replaced. It is a fallacy that people who work from home are less productive. It is also a canard that people are depending on free money to support themselves. These people are developing their own financial security based on their own standards and output. A reliance on inhuman mega companies to be the foundation of our economy has been shown historically to be the yellow brick road to fascism.

Life is all about balance because life is short. Earn and enjoy. The key is knowing how much you need to live comfortably. Nothing more nothing less. Most of the time, people were able to get out of the rat race but got caught up with wanting more and more money. Look at Soros and friends 😂

@@tharpeaddy I am fortunately financially free through real estate passive income. Net worth of just a couple million dollars, but there's no way I could spend my passive income every month. I understand the dangers of marriage in the West these days and how expensive kids are. But both you and I know that we (you and I) are going to die with money in the bank so what's the point of just holding your money and then letting probate or some worthless charity take it over? I've always had multiple girlfriends and my passport is full of stamps but I figured why not have some kids
