@@nextgenproductions3933 bro they have the Seahawks Texans and lions the next 3 games. Also the commies twice and the colts. 13-4 is a real possibility.
@@jayanthsambaraju6562 I think 14-3 is possible. I don’t think we sweep the eagles, so that’s at least 1 loss, but the rest of the games are all very winnable
As a Browns fan that has been COMPLETELY let down most of my life (especially this year), I LOVE seeing what the Giants are doing!! I hope they keep it going all year and win a playoff game or 2.
Bro what are you talking about? You guys went from the worst team in the NFL with an 0-16 record in 2017-18 to one of the best teams in the NFL like two years ago and were good af last year too.. With the best rushing offense in the nfl.. to go from one of the worst to one of the best in 3 years is amazing.
@@Killacam1992 yeah I mean… we are definitely better… but we lost like 3-4 games this year by a total of 6 points… JUST dropped a game to the Ravens. We get close, but always hand games away. It’s the same old Browns man. We have a GREAT roster, but can never get it done when it matters. Maybe I just get my hopes too high… I dunno 🤷♂️
This whole season is bittersweet for me personally. I'm a Browns fan, but also cheer for my family's team the Giants. I feel so lost as a fan right now xD
This is the best breakdown of the Giants I've ever seen. I love the low key voice over and clear narrative. I always knew Wink was up to something but to see it presented like this is amazing. Subscribed, bell rung and liked.
Pretty sure they fired him over how he handled the bengals. Seen them lighting the league up and he basically said they were nothing special then we proceeded to let them get record numbers on us
@@dantesinfernopurgatory7826 True I agree with that but that doesn't make what I said any less true can't say someone isn't as much as a threat as the league thinks they are then get torched by them twice.
the fact the ravens let him walk and kept Greg Roman and harbaugh is still crazy to me. I knew it wouldn’t age well but I never expected the giants to start this well.
@@pacifiedbeaumonte Lamar owes his success to Greg Roman and his weapons to John Harbaurgh idk why yall out here acting like Greg Roman is a bad offensive coordinator when his scheme is what helped Lamar win his mvp in 2019 and yall acting like John Harbaurgh isn't good at building rosters. At the end of the day the Ravens are a better organisation than most of yall franchises and its directly due to the rosters John has built
@@BigBroKuma Hes been running that same offense for 3 years, he might have been good back then but where are the adjustments. At this point it seems like the whole team except lamar is falling apart
@@minseobaek If there were no adjustments the Ravens wouldn't be the 3rd highest scoring offense in the league despite using the same system for the past 3 years. The biggest problem for the Ravens was the defense adjusting to their new system and now they are finding their way so I highly doubt the situation with the Ravens is as dire as some of you are making it out to be. I definitely believe this is an over reaction to the start of the Ravens season as people are always used to the Ravens getting off to a hot start
Bro you're content Is elite. There's a lot of film channels out there these days due to RU-vid, but yours is Extra nuanced when it comes to breaking down What really makes something click
Thanks for taking the time to do this. As a Giants fan, I suspected that the problem with the sieve-like run D was a talent deficit at LB...which you all but confirmed. At the end of the day, Dabes and his coaching staff are making chicken salad out of chicken poop, and as bad contracts (*cough, Golladay, cough *) come off the books, just imagine what they can do when they can draft and sign more of "their guys." 👀
A successful and climbing Giants team is such a terrific surprise. Loving this staff and everyone on this 53 man roster with their “buy-in”. Go GMEN! Playing crazy D and pounding the football.
I like what I have been seeing from this NY Giants team. I watched the Giants first game against the Tennessee Titans on TV. And late in the game, the Giants players all seemed to have this belief in their head coach and the coaching staff. I remembered back in the day that despite the 1986 Giants having Lawrence Taylor, very few critics had that team going to the Super Bowl. And then as the season continued, a 6-2 Giants team turned into a 14-2 Giants team. And the legend of head coach Bill Parcells was created. Amazing head coach!
That could have been the best X's and O's football video I ever saw. Gotta rewind and rewind again to try to keep up with it and get it all. This pressure on the quarterback reminds me of the New Jersey Devils success years back when their defensive scheme was to immediately put pressure on the puck and not give the puck handler a clear chance at a pass. Smothering defense. If the Giants stay a defensive-minded team first they will have success as they did in the LT and Strahan years.
TY for brining some insight to the Giants recent success other than “they got lucky” which granted they have but they still capitalized on each one whereas past Giants teams would’ve fumbled the chance.
Thanks for an excellent breakdown of the (IMHO) most innovative defense in the NFC East. Really like the way you spelled it out. I will be checking out more of your takes for certain.
Honestly this is probably one of the best breakdowns I’ve seen on the giants. Best description of what they’re good at and what they’re not n how it sums up to being 6-2. This is a team that’s mediocre at best in general. Elite playcalling but everything comes with a price in this league. Elite execution from the players but not as much talent as the performances would suggest. But what makes them 6-2 is the advantage of playing in a time where there’s a lot of bad coaches and bad performing coaches and the giants are one of the best. They still have as much holes to fill as the ones they’ve already filled. Everything about them screams half n half. Great here. Bad there. Ok everywhere else. Not a knock at all. It’s valuable progress from where they were before and they should be proud of that.
Very insightful analysis. As we continue to draft well Wink's defense will once again be la carbon copy of the one he had in Baltimore. I remember when you did the Kayvon evaluation right before the draft. I had my doubts before I looked at it and after watching it I was sold on him. His first step is explosive. Carl Banks calls him "The Closer." You can see him getting better each week.
Just seeing how clutch the giants defense has been in the fourth quarter compared to how awful it’s been for the ravens in the fourth tells me what I need to know about wink. I hope he stays for years.
Watched 2 of your videos before noticing my G-Men on the playlist. Great breakdowns, explanations, footage, etc. Definitely have a new sub in me! Is it possible to add a graphic to the ball during passing plays? Several times i lost track of the ball during the review.
Please do the Bengals defense and Lou Anarumo’s scheme. Think it would be so interesting to see how he makes halftime adjustments. Bengals still no second half touchdowns given up this season!
A lot like the old madden trick of setting up in a bear defense and then shifting one of your two DT’s out during pre snap and setting him up outside the DE or next two a blitzing OLB. If you know it’s not a run up the middle you can have the numbers to collapse the line.
Before the season started i genuinely believed that the giants were the worst team in the nfl. Which is why im so impressed at their performance this year. I hope they continue this good fortune and make a deep playoff run.
This Giant's Defense is scary for most teams simply because, they play smash-mouth, in ur face n, bring the pain.. Would love 4 the Giant's to have more ints..
Die hard giants fan here and wink is best thing since they went after John fox. Giants are a big defense team and what more genius than to go after the ravens D coordinator ravens defense been nasty. I felt in Jax game last week he should stopped blitzing tho to many guys were wide open and Jax wasn't letting them get near lawrence
alotta ppl been saying his past defenses ain’t been good but i think of bro gets more talent he’s gon be good like if philly gets bro they gon be back being a top sack team
Ravens had several problems in 2021 (yet at AFC 1st place when Lamar got hurt after about 10 gms). Weird of to choose from as scapegoat it was Wink…and not sorry asss Greg Roman. 🤷♂️
