Nova, There is a reason why people with celiac disease can eat bread when they travel to Italy. It’s because Italy hasn’t Genetically altered their grains. In fact you can tract their grains back decades. It’s pure. And yet we are made to believe there are people just inherently born with an allergy to food. No. It’s because of all the pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, and heavy metals in our food. Our bodies are meant to be able to filter out toxins…but when you combine all these things with pollution, fluoride in our water, and chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis, it’s no wonder we have thousands of people developing allergies in their 30s. Our immune systems are literally so overwhelmed it becomes hyper reactive. You become more and more inflamed from the smallest of exposures. My advice, source your food as organically as possible, or grow your own food. That’s the easiest way to ensure it’s clean. (Unless of course the soil you’re growing your food in is contaminated) Get a reverse Osmosis water filter. Spring water isn’t good enough, because even our ground water has garbage in it. Industrial world has literally poisoned our waters, and depleted our soils nutrients with chemical fertilizers so that commercial farms are dependent upon their fertilizer to grow food. Buy a sauna. Use it every day along with a five minute ice bath directly after. Research into Huberman, he’s a neuroscientist who’s studied a lot of the benefits of ice plunging. It significantly lowers inflammation. But don’t forget the sauna, the sauna helps your body sweat out the toxins. Buy beauty products and shampoos with no phalates, parabens, or synthetic additives. (There are some good brands but honestly it’s almost better and easier to make your own. I guess it just depends on how reactive you are. I have autoimmunity so I’m strict.) Try to cleanest and rawest form of the foods on your allergen list to see if they work for you. I use to think I was allergic to dairy due to my allergy test. But I learned I didn’t react when it was raw organic dairy. Anyways, do your due diligence and figure out what works best for you. It doesn’t have to be the end of enjoying life but I’m sure you feel very overwhelmed by this. Once you figure out what works, it will be a routine and come easy to you.
@@NotNovaRockafelleryou should learn what the affects are for putting bleach and other harmful chemicals directly on your head. It could contribute to many health issues.
This is Evan's (Silentcrusher) mother. He sent you a comment about NAET treatments saving my life. I had a reaction to the HepB vaccine which I had because I was working in a hospital. I got so bad that I couldn't eat or even touch most foods. I would have to leave places where people were wearing certain scents etc. I was using an Epipen and my allergists couldn't even figure out what to do for me. I found out about the NAET allergy treatments and had them. I have been fine ever since. I recommend that you look into them.
Hope you get better, Nova. Hate to see anyone this way. It all falls on the Food & Drug Administration for them allowing the chemicals put in our food that are detrimental to human life.
Much of our food in the US is genetically engineered and enhanced by chemicals approved by the USDA. I purchased some tomatoes that were imported form Canada not too long ago and they looked good, not like the watery tomatoes from Mexico that has no texture to them at all, just juice but, the ones from Canada tasted nasty. Not only were they firm and meaty, they had a real bitter taste to them, so bitter, I tossed $12 US worth of them (3 in total) into the trash and @ $4 a pound here, it was a total waste of money. I wouldn't even feed them to my turtle. However, I got some tomatoes a few days ago, locally grown by a family in the neighborhood I live in, that were actual tomatoes, with the taste I've known from since I was a child. They grow them naturally and don't use any chemical fertilizers.
balsam of peru is not a synthetic chemical it's a natural sap that is used in many things. People are allergic to many natural things look at her list.
Gurl, I woke up coughing, and a throat so sore i can barely swallow! But after just watching you again with another allergy update, and you saying “I just want my face back” made me not feel as bad for my throat, but I feel so bad now, because I wish I could help you☺️😔 sorry you are going through this. But I better stop now, I’m THAT ONE person that worries about everyone and thinks I can help them also! Just for some odd reason I was thinking, maybe soon it would all go away, as fast as it started 🤔🤔 could that possibly happen? Sending good vibes 😎🫶🏼✌🏼
I saw in a comment on your previous allergy video that just because you have an allergy doesn't mean it's severe, if it's mild enough you can still enjoy these things. One of the methods used for GERD, eliminating things you can't digest/cause symptoms, is a food journal. Might help you with this in general, just record things as you use 'em and see what screws you up and what doesn't. Always do smaller doses of things you're uncertain of.
I’m so sorry you’re going through this dude! I have to do the gluten-free and I thought that was hard. Really hoping something gets better for you soon.
I know you guys have discussed moving out of California. And if you do, there is a good chance it'll correct itself. I was almost allergic to the same stuff and after changing jobs, moving further into the country than I already was, and drinking nothing but water; it all changed again and now only allergic to all molds.
Hopefully with some time away from those allergens things can change. I’ve had my allergies and intolerances change multiple times so hopefully your next phase will be better ❤❤❤
I'm so sorry. I completely understand what you are going through. As a child, I was tested for allergies as well, due to allergy induced asthma, they found I had 51 knowen allergies. Due to how sick I was because of the mess, my back and arms were they stopped testing me and told my parents to watch me closely. They were sure there were other allergies, and of course, they were right. Since then, I have out grown some of them and found many others. Every day is a struggle with foods, makeup, hygiene products, household supplies, and cleaners and textile, especially man-made ones as they contain chemicals. Dawn dish soap, sent me to the emergency room with an asthma attack so bad they wanted to hospitalize me. It took hours and a lot of meds before they could finally consider releasing me. Both of my daughters suffer from allergies and sensitivities to many things. One is the opposite of you she she can only wear gold as she is allergic to nickel, which is one of the most commonly used metals. It is used in inexpensive jewelry, shanks on buttons, snaps, and the metal embellishments on jeans. The buttons on the fly's of jeans would leave open sores on her stomach so often that she rarely wears jeans anymore. Earrings, rings, necklaces, belts, and more have become pretty much nonexistent in her life because of this. Any jewelry she wears is very expensive because it must be 18 karat gold or higher. My other daughter is unable to eat dairy, bananas, pork, yeast, wheat, and soy, which is in everything, including gum, high fructose corn syrup again it in everything, and most preservatives. She, too, has only a handful of options for soap, bodywash, and shampoo hers is due the the scent they put in them that make her have terrible migraines and nausea, makeup and tropicals of any kind including some over the counter medications make her itch and break out in hives. I wanted you to know this so you would know you are not alone. There are so many of us out there who struggle every day to live our lives with allergies. Allergies make life very difficult, but once you get things figured out, once you make the changes needed in your diet, you will feel so much better and start to enjoy life again. It will get better. Just keep moving forward. It's all we can really do anyway.
I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles! I've dealt with a lot of allergies myself and some of them have gotten better after my immune deficiency was diagnosed because they can be linked. Getting immune replacement called ivig helped me a lot. If you get sick or infections frequently and have trouble recovering on your own, that can possibly be from immune deficiency. I've been told by an allergist he thinks I also have mast cell issues and there are treatments for that as well. I wish you good luck!
Hi Nova. I am so sorry you are going through this. I had allergies to almost every thing to. My daughter was like you though. We did allergy shots and it really helped. Did your doctor say anything about that? Nova this is just a suggestion but you could do a video on people that have a lot of allergies and any suggestions as what to eat. I know there are tons of people dealing with this it might be good to share with people. You could make it a series of shows. If you dont like the idea thats ok. It was just a thought. I hope there is something they can do. Keeping you in my prayers. Love ya.
allergy shots contain aluminum. aluminum has been shown in high levels in alzheimers patients. avoid all shots to avoid them slipping metals into you and yours. with love I tell you this. national vaccine information center. research.
Thank you for the update. I so wish it was better news for you! I hope you can get everything calmed down in your system so can live and eat a little more “normally”. You’re still a beauty even with the eczema!
Oh hunny I did this test 2yrs ago and I was allergic to everything but 2 of the things on that patch I know how u feel emotional and physically! I had to change soo many things!!! The doctors gave me 7 sheets of papers to the shit I'm allergic too and said we stopped printing cause well the list goes on sooo.... Yeah and I'm allergic to all metals too! Some how I'm still alive and I know that it must be by God's doing he's got us here for a reason is all I know! Foods are the hardest to change for sure. I could go on and on too everything I'm allergic to but I have a feeling ur in the same boat as I! You got this!! God bless
Hey Nova - many years ago, i went to an allergist and had allergic reactions to 61 of the 64 scratches. The doctor said I was 50% worse than 90% of his patients. He said I have 3 choices. 1 - go through a major detox program that eliminate it all and slowly (1 per week) add in the the item to test the magnitude of the reaction, then detox a week, then add a 2nd item - this would take over 2 years to complete. 2 - allergy immunotherapy injections 3 - I was 30 and had already lived that long with it - so change nothing and i'll be no better or worse off. He said (profoundly) that allergies are like a bucket of water. Each time you come into contact with an allergen (be it food, pollen, chemical, etc), it add a drop of water to the bucket. That bucket keeps filling until it overflows and you have a true allergy complications (stuffy/runny nose etc) that can usually be treated/maintained by allergy relief products or rituals such as neti pots. It sounds like you're just as bad as I am. I'm now 50. I went with option 3. I'm just fine. Sure it flares up - but it's better than removing all the things I enjoy (foods etc). And I have a regime of allergy relief and preventative products that I use, and I managed just fine.
I have two autoimmune illnesses and my allergy list continues to grow and my reactions get more severe-I cannot be in the sun for more than a few minutes without sunscreen or shade, I literally react with rashes and open sores on face, neck and forearms and then I get swollen joints. I can’t take most medications and often have either opposite reactions or severity is far worse than normal. Once I learned all this, I’ve done much better. I have a ton of food intolerances so for example if I eat too much gluten I feel sick (not a true celiac sufferer where I can’t have any)
My wife has an extrem food allergy and plant allergy as so my condolences. It's a challenge that few have to go through so respect for sure. Silver lining for me was I got to learn new ways to cook and experiment with different kinds of food.
So sorry to hear that. I had also wierd "allergy" eposode... I always wanted to travel and once I could afford this i went throu series of v....tions to be able to go to 3dr world countries. Within year after i was diagnosed with Urticaria that is a skin condition/allergy with over-sensitivity for many things like cold, warm, pressure applied, scratches and overall swelling/itching when I was stressed. Was put on high doses antihistamines. Sometimis due a lot of walking at work my feet swell so I had to skip next day at work as couldnt put my shoes on... After 2 years symptoms started to ease so i could gradually drop meds... Stay strong... ❤ I pray for you to get better.
So sorry Nova. I am also on an allergy diagnosis journey. It is so annoying and yes ficken stupid. I started perimenopause which triggered stupid fucken allergies out of nowhere, I've never been allergic to shit. Good luck finding replacement products, I really do feel for you.
I wish you the best. With all your restrictions you still have an ability to help everyone else be positive and normal. You da best, Tom needs to try harder to be "Your cool". Y'all make my day.
I'm so sorry Nova. I am praying that you get some healing or help with all this soon. I'm sure it's frustrating. Wish I could take it away for you so you didn't have these issues. Much love and prayers ❤️ 🙏
So sorry Nova ❤️. They say your body changes every 7 years and I didn't believe it until i became allergic to penicillin at 28. I hope yours changes for the better. Much love ❤️
I'm so sorry your dealing with this crap. I have really bad allergies or I had really bad allergies, but nothing like what you are dealing with currently. I wish I had some advice to give you but I do not. You'll be in my prayers for some relief and for your allergies to ease.
Please check your IgE - Immunoglobulin E. I was one of the original guinea pigs for these patch tests. We're a special bunch. Right now, I am taking Dupixent injections 2 x month. They helped me out a lot. God be with you on your journey!! 💝🙏🏼
You're still a beautiful woman no matter what. I hope that your allergies get better though sorry you're allergic to pretty much everything on the Earth I'll be sending prayers for you
That quarantine-era zorbing ball suggestion to get you around the World might have to be a long-term idea at this point.... 😅 Bless you sweet Lady! You'll find ways to strategize and get the most out of what you can enjoy. There has to be an App out there that maps out Allergens and suggests alternatives? If not, invent one! This may be one of your many, many callings...💝
I feel your pain sweet girl. I also feel like I'm allergic to everything and have to read every label for makeup, hair products, body lotions, soaps, etc... it gets exhausting, but please believe you'll find your way through this and feel better eventually. Sending all the good vibes and big hugs.
1) So, just that you know, you don't have to do this forever. Get off of them. In 6 months, add one item back to see your reaction. It is long, but you will find the culprit who sets off multiple sensitivities
Hey Nova it's Mushupug. I'm allergic to gold too but, if it's higher than 14 karat I can wear it. Everything I have in gold is 18 to 24 karat. I got some 18 karat from relatives in Italy and I never have to take it off. Hope it gets better for you. Stay strong.🙏❤
I'm my experience I have found that if your allergies are not life threatening and you can handle it, exposure to the allergens in small amounts over time will help lessen the allergy.
I can sympathize. I’m allergic to just as many things, but not quite all the same things. It makes things difficult for sure. Hang in there though, if I could figure it out you’ll do just fine.
I really feel sorry for you, Nova. Seems like everything is going wrong at once. I don't know if it'll make you any happier but some of my allergies went away eventually... but I developed some new ones instead. Stay strong ❤
Been there and done that. it sucks but you will get use to it. you will fine stuff you can use and stuff that you are allergic but not enough that really bothers you. Doctors told my mom i would not live to see my teens and then they told me i would not live to see my 20s I'm 53 now. I know the stuff that's gives me severe reactions and live using stuff that does not bother me to bad. its a steep learning curve at first but will soon become natural. thanks for the share. stay awesome!
I'm sorry, that sucks, but it's better to KNOW, and now you can start to plan around it. Eventually you will get a diet and routine set up that you are used to. You can make your own toothpaste and things out of natural ingredients. Maybe this will be the start of a new wellness journey and you will end up helping a lot of other people. And the best news, um Tom MacDonald is your boyfriend!!!!! 🤩
This allergy thing with you is insane! I wonder how they conduct the tests that tell you what your allergic too... I just want to help you and I'm not sure how too. Sorry your going threw this right now. I hope you find a solution that helps you be able to eat and drink stuff again. Love your content!
I am allergic to many things myself but Onions I am deathly allergic to. It is easier to give a list of what I can buy at the grocery store than to make a list of what I can't have.
I have been living with extreme allergies for many many years. It’s hard for me to eat at a restaurant or go to a party. I also have very few products I can use to wash clothing or myself. I promise it’s only hard at the start. Soon you will know how to navigate it all and it’s routine taking food with you everywhere you go. And life is amazing when the allergies are not making you miserable everyday!
That's horrible news, you may have to build up a tolerance, that's what I had to do. When I did the test strips all over my arms chest and back I broke up to everything because I was allergic to the preservatives and additives that used to keep the samples LOL I was one big hive. I feel your pain
Aww, sorry to hear that. Just an fyi, if you are allergic to one thing(A), and it is in your system already, tests can sometimes show you allergic to other things(B, C, D). So…. If A, is taken out of your diet/system, you might not be allergic to B, C, D. The worst part about that allergic travel, is trying to find out wtf A is. Sucks, I know, but trial and error to find A can seriously help out life. Good luck! Big Hugz.
