Love how all the ingredients basically add up to nothing until you get to the moth venom. THAT was the only thing that mattered. But Moe prolly had the other ingredients added to clear bis Backstock of things like Absolut Pickle.
My guess is that all the other stuff combined causes a chemical reaction with the venom that causes it to make you have amnesia without causing permanent damage
The fact that Moe has the instructions on a VHS tape mean either he’s been making Forget Me Shots for a long time or the writers remember that he’s absolutely broke.
@@TheFLAMEXD They were still common in households though. 2008 was basically the year VHS tapes were no longer shipped out, but people still had loads of VHS movies so would likely keep a VCR around the house. VCR/DVD combo players were very popular around this time since not that many movies were on DVD and wouldn't be for years.

This would give one HELL of a hangover give the drinks involved and the tiniest amount of butterfly poison would seriously amplify the drinks either you die from poisoning or you wake up with the worst hangover a human can experience but you never remember it

Moe is by far the best bartender ever. because he can make the most effective drink that can actually forget people's problems which is a dream to some people

Who is this imposter and what has he done with Moe Szyslak? I miss the Moe who exclusively serves Duff, paints the liquor bottles onto the wood behind the bar and is unaware that gin and tonic have the potential to mix.
As much as I love the gin and tonic joke I have to admit it's little silly. It doesn't really suit to Moe's characteristics. I like the episode where he visits the school he became a bartender in. (By the way that was in season 13 so it's not even one of the most recent episodes.) We can see that Moe is good at something and not completely pathetic failure of a man. But the Duff thing still holds. The forget me shot is something he has come up with but is not serving it regularly. Same goes with every other drink. Atleast that's how I see it.
Oh, Moe absolutely knows how to make pretty much every mixed drink in the universe. he just has very little occasion to show off his knowledge since he runs a dive for his customers pretty much exclusively drink Duff.
