Even if you hate Billy... its almost impossible to dislike him here. smile on face, enjoying himself. loving the crowd. Right in the zone belting it out... just wow. That was pure magic. And it makes me sad, Im really missing those days.
AWW, HE'S SMILING… Great performance. Love this. Thanks for sharing. its so beautiful to see the link between the crowd, the band, and the sound c: Goosebumps
TheAstronomyFloyd I would've only done that if it got incredibly noticeable! Well, till everyone could tell or I could no longer hide it. Lol I never noticed he was receding.
Anyone else absolutely love James Iha's guitar progression at the end of this song? I've never seen any other version of this song with the same ending. The way he plays the guitar compliments Billy's vocal's so well, from 2.34 is just magic. Was it just improvised?
Disarm you with a smile And cut you like you want me to Cut that little child Inside of me and such a part of you Ooh, the years burn I used to be a little boy So old in my shoes And what i choose is my choice What's a boy supposed to do? The killer in me is the killer in you My love I send this smile over to you Disarm you with a smile And leave you like they left me here To wither in denial The bitterness of one who's left alone Ooh, the years burn Ooh, the years burn, burn, burn I used to be a little boy So old in my shoes And what I choose is my voice What's a boy supposed to do? The killer in me is the killer in you My love I send this smile over to you The killer in me is the killer in you Send this smile over to you The killer in me is the killer in you Send this smile over to you The killer in me is the killer in you Send this smile over to you
Ahh yes Billy before he revealed his true form of Skeletor AWW, HE'S SMILING… Great performance. Love this. Thanks for sharing. oh that voice from 1994
The meaning of this fucking song has no weight on anyones life unless you grew up to it. I was 14 when I first heard this and it spoke more about me than I could even fathom. Still does to this day.
Not everyone 'grows' up during their teenage years. The beauty of art/literature is transcendence - via relatable human emotions or even simply subjectivity.
I like this better than the original AWW, HE'S SMILING… Great performance. Love this. Thanks for sharing. Ahh yes Billy before he revealed his true form of Skeletor
1994, I was thousands of miles away in a different country, but watching this concert for the first time 22 years later, I can almost feel all the emotions and senses as if I 'm experiencing it live. The true power of an amazing band bounding with its fans is infinite!
You need those older folks to pass on wisdom though. As a 90’s kid, I’m grateful for both having grown up in the 90’s and for being an adult now who gets to enjoy life and pass on life lessons to the next generation.
It’s funny. They had it all, good looks, youth, talent, great songs, great energy, the last great era, and I don’t think they really realised it. Omg. Lost, all gone, :(
Brad Walsh thanks for telling me that buddy. Yes, I was around then. Unfortunately they haven’t had the same success since. They haven’t made any great songs since and they split up for 2 decades, unfortunately billy became very disillusioned with the industry etc. Band members left etc. It’s my opinion, and an opinion shared by many.
@@jimmychooquay I know it’s an opinion shared by many, because that’s the exact mindset of every one of us old farts. We wanna hear the rough, Screaming billy we all know and love from the 90’s. They didn’t stop making good music. We just checked out. As for the music Industry, of course he’s disillusioned. The music industry should rot in hell.
Hellonheels618 basically about his abusive parents, “the killer in me is the killer in you” is a reference of them trying to abort them i think. Use Genius.com for a more in depth analysis

This is the first band where I appreciated and loved everyone in the band, not just the main singer. D'arcy, Billy, Jimmy and James I love all you guys.
