So the person who plays Cubitoso is the owner or was one of the owners of legendary restaurant Rao's which apparently it is literally impossible to make a reservation because the very loyal customers from way back in the day "own" tables and they basically decide who gets to eat there. There are only 10 tables so every single day is sold out. Very interesting and another reason why New York is so cool and unique.
