hey. these new type of videos take me longer to edit, but i am very proud of the outcome. happy to see you enjoying them as much as i do. more on the way :)
Shiey we Love the Videos , Your Music everything about you . Much Love and Appreciation from LAS VEGAS Nevada . If you ever visit , I will take care of your needs and Guide if needed
@@SUPERCARJON The dish is a dangerous place to be, no grips and lots of old rusted stuff. Nothing down there you can't see from the rim unless you're willing to take the risk like Shiey. Security doesn't have any way of knowing you aren't gonna get yourself hurt down there and ruin everybody's day. It sucks, but they keep people out for a reason.
A heartfelt thank you Shiey for this captivating video on this abandoned Soviet space observatory. Your dedication for exploring and sharing this abandoned place is truly commendable. The visuals is so mesmerizing ✌️
His response to the security asking him how he got there is hilarious, and it’s even better with him waving bye to the people who saw him up there and saw him climb down
Poison cruising around with his drone added so much to the humour factor when the guard was questioning Shiey. Way to overwhelm the guards with confusement lol
As someone who loves your content, I prefer the longer edits with a slower pace. This felt more like a montage than bringing the viewer to the journey with you. There's nothing wrong with trying new things, but I think this feedback is necessary❤️
Hey, I also liked the older style more. That raw feeling of being there with shiey was magical. I am not saying this does not have its place, but still :)
@@razvan50087 Yeah this style of a video definitely has an audience too, but I don't think it's the same audience as what his normal videos gather. It's up to Shiey to decide if that's a good or a bad thing.
agreed. I liked the style in the factory well enough, but this one felt more like a "best bits" compilation than a feature video. the highlights didn't really have any time to breathe the way they did in poison's pov
I love the way you explore without really hurting the environment and the things you explore. I absolutely hate grafitti, people stealing stuff as trophies, etc. Hell, even Pripyat now is full of grafitti. Love your approach and much respect to GIFGAS, too. He's such a dude.
You know whats way worse than graffiti? All the shit that the humans abandoned behind. I do love to explore too but I think there is no better spot than an abandoned one to paint. You are litteraly bothering no one.
@@afraidtoast5472 Grafitti is not an art form, unless it's actually art. Spraying crap on a wall isn't art. It's just a douchebaggery at the highest level.
Dude, that's awesome how you waited until it was the right time to exit. You sir, are a master at your craft both technically and physically. Stay safe! Also, nice hair cut.
scenery and ambiance deserve more time and fewer cuts, the videos are usually great for relaxing so no pressure to keep them longer. I like to explore _with_ you in these videos if you know what I mean ;)
100% agree, was also going to comment this. I love watching the videos and taking in the often relaxing atmosphere, while also getting an adrenaline rush because of the nature of the content. I feel that some of this is lost with the third person shots from Gifgas and short cuts at the more exciting moments - no real time to just take in the true adventure of it. The view of a face mounted gopro transmits this feeling very well, third person shots show something else. Not to say the video isn't great, because it is. It's just a different type of video, which has its pros and cons.
Yeah, it was too fast...I like the videos where there's more time given to soak in the ambience, as if we are actually there. Something about the new camera is off, too.... the zoomed in shots... etc.
Agree, I do like his new editing style, but sometimes there were a bit too many cuts. We need a bit more time to appreciate the ambiance and what's happening
Both the long form and shorter edits are good, although my personal preference would be longer videos. The cinematics are looking great! Looked like a really cool location!
hard agree! i think both styles of videos have their merits. instead of completely switching over to this style, i think it'd be great if he blended the two ❤
Well he is a Ukrainian man most likely illegally in Russia? (Although other than the language the location is unknown to me) and Illegally entering the property, so I could understand hesitation to answer questions and trying to avoid speaking either native language too much in this time of conflict.
I've been struggling a lot with staying in my comfort zone. I just stay home and watch TV or RU-vid all day every day.. and it really starts to take a toll after a while, mentally and physically. But after I started watching your videos, it really pushed me to get out and explore. Even if it's something as simple as taking a little hike... it gets me out of the house and it has given me such a clear and refreshed mind. Nature is truly the best medicine and it's wild how much it has helped my depression go away. So yeah, I just wanted to say thank you.
I miss the solo missions man! I'm also happy you have someone with you in case something happens but those solo runs just hit so hard. Love the editing, keep it up dude.
Yo! Your's and Poison's (gifgas) videos on this mission were just the top. Complimenting each other so well. You guys create the best urbex content (tho I would say it is not the best only in urbex category). Don't forget that. Thank you guys for the adventure. Some of us cannot afford to try and experience something like this. Ps: Armenian traditional architecture style did an amazing job on the observatory.
This video flew by! I think all the quick cuts made it seem to go by very quickly. I prefer the longer shots and less quick cuts, but as long as you keep creating amazing content, you've got a dedicated viewer.
Bro you are soo coool. I tried entering an abandoned building once and got stopped by security who threatened to call the police. I never went again. I wish I could just explore but honestly part of the excitement is not getting caught. You sir are an inspiration to me and I hope to one day have the balls to do what you do. I appreciate and respect you so much.
This is so cool. It takes a certain type to go on adventures like this one, let alone post and edit them so well. That's a compliment to you in the best way possible. Keep on keeping on. 💙👍
Dude I discovered your awesome channel at a crucial turning point in my life and I want to thank you for the push they have given me to not give up on living more freely and going on my own adventures. Love these videos man. Be safe out there 👊
It’s always cool to see both perspectives. Shiey was the first urbex guy I ever subbed to, but Gifgas (Poison) is a true artist. Love both of them, but they’re two entirely different types of content in my opinion.
This was such an amazing episode. I loved the old soviet computers with the big dials and stuff. And then the satellite dish with its cool amplification effect and the picture perfect escape! Hats off!
I love the editing with the zoomed in shots and different angles! It definitely made it more immersive than everything that is usually from your POV. Fun mission and epic view from on top of that satellite!
First of all, i love you new editing style! And the place you were, just wow. It looked so sick. Standing on top of the Observatory, looking over everything must have been such a cool feeling. Old tech ist just amazing. And the escape you did, just perfekt. Stay safe!
Thank you for posting! Absolutely great day -now! I've been following your website, as well. Love it. I'm not gonna comment on your editing, this and the old one are amazing, no preference. Keep doing what you love.
Just wanna say Thank you! I really appreciate everything you're doing here! Love your Videos and lately just cant get enough of your music. Keep going man! Much love from germany!
You are the best! I can't tell you how much I like your videos. I haven't seen any content on the internet, that is in any way comparable with your unique style. A well balanced mix of adventure, thrill, history, respect, teamwork and humor. Awesome work!
there's a legal way and the shiey way which is, of course, a lot cooler :) the video was full of action, i can't belive it was only 12 minutes. i was having a great time watching it. and it was fun to hear you speaking russian, especially that i know this language a bit ^^
I was thinking "he’s not gonna climb it in front of all these people, right?" And then he did it anyway and escaped from right under their noses. What a mission
Always love your videos! I feel like I've been getting more anxiety from the latest ones more than usual. You're such a daredevil! I'm so impressed. Happy to live vicariously through your content. Thanks so much for sharing your adventerous spirit!
Hey shiey I know you switched up the editing style but I kinda dig the old one. This type of editing I feel is similar to poison's, which is not bad, but I really got attached to the shiey full first person style, even if it's not as "cinematic" or "good", you just know it's a shiey video. This one is also good though, just saying. Another great soviet find btw, congrats.
Great video. I'm glad poison stayed and helped you get out (good teamwork).. also glad yall didn't get caught. The architecture and art was amazing, thank you for sharing!!
