Cheryl you were awesome! Your voice is so soothing and relaxing to listen to. WFPB for two years and I keep learning new things. Great to listen to Stacy, she has such good advice on how to maintain this lifestyle. Love my potatoes too cold especially. ❤️

Cheryl, you were brilliant! I’m so glad this opportunity presented itself! And I love that you and Kathy continue to have Stacy on…she is so knowledgeable and supportive. I’m on the fence with taking the McDougall Program, but this repeated exposure to Stacy is helping me firm up that I probably will. And Cheryl, your sharing your personal experiences is most helpful as well!

I’m watching late but just wanted to throw in a comment about how long to keep potatoes or any ready to eat food in the fridge. I’m a retired NC health inspector. The FDA Code states 7 days at 41° or less is the maximum hold temperature/time for cold hold foods. This controls for pathogens 🦠. Don’t leave food out at room temperature for too long. Maximum is 4 hours for cooling so get it in the fridge! Lol Just felt the need to pass that along so nobody gets sick from guessing at it. Rice is especially temperamental Cheryl so chill it quickly and reheat it to 165°.

Oh for my hangar moments, I cut sweet potatoes, baked or steamed, into 4-6 spears per potatoesmand airfry, then dunl into my roasted redpepper bbq sauce!

Cheryl you did great, you are such a natural show host! Stacy, thanks so much for the reminder to honour hunger and fullness cues including when you are super hungry or not hungry at all. For some reason on those days the concept seems to exit my brain. And Stacy I agree with the other person who mentioned it, your hair looks super cute like that. Thanks to you both. xx

Great job Cheryl! Stacy, thanks for another "ah ha" moment. When I have those hungry days, I usually limit my food, leading to going off the rails later in the day eating non compliant foods. I need to learn to trust my body.

I'm watching this late too, but just want to say great job Cheryl! I know you used to not like being in front of the camera, but you're a natural and can fully hold your own when Kathy is away! I'm really enjoying catching up on these shows with Stacy.... it's the third one I've watched now.

I’m the same way. I have no kill switch with pasta. Only way is for me to cook, like, 1 cup dry, so there’s no more, no leftovers.

I switched to short grain brown rice for my pasta. It's a game changer, don't miss pasta anymore. Short grain brown rice is sweeter & chewier
