AT 82 I continue to be astounded by the BROS!! Sooooo much verse & meaning...& all so simple...The harmony makes all sooo wonderful...I listen to this day & rejoice!!!

I can't think of a single song from the4 Statler's that I disliked... I love them all … They were incredible song writers .. and knew how to pick great songs to record

I remember the first time I heard this song...on the album Years Ago when it first came out. Gave me goose bumps. Still does.

I have Always liked the Statlers. My brothers and I sang many of their songs. Even though we were a trio we made it work for us. Lou and Jimmy were mine , Harold was the the tall 1 of the three and the youngest was Don's. From the 3 of us to The Statlers, you guys will be in our hearts forever.

Don absolutely should be in the song writers hall of fame he basically wrote it all how can you not listen to the words he penned and not think of all the wisdom/philosophy behind so much of it.
