If you're looking for recomendations i would definetly recomend dishonored.

In three sentences or less: The founder/organizer had multiple allegations thrown his way in 2018. He stepped back from the convention last minute, handing it over to a heavily criticized organization with very little prep time. The New England Steampunk Community tears itself apart, the show never REALLY happens, and tons of people end up losing a lot of money with no refunds. If you google Steampunk World's Fair you should find everything. The Wikipedia covers it pretty succinctly, there's also a Daily Beast Article, and what not. The Facebook page is abandoned but you can see a lot of what happened leading up to the end.

Yep. The last SWF was technically 2018, even though it never actually happened. There are a few organizations that do things in the area to fill the void.

Yep. It was a really cool event before things went down. Now it's a bit of a bitter memory to a lot of folk. :(

Wait, she purposely shines UV light INTO her eyes? No. Has to be something else. UV isn't visible, and if you did that it would burn your eyes DEAD.

Ultraviolet light can be generated by some light-emitting diodes (LED), but wavelengths below 380 nm are uncommon and the emission peaks are broad, so only the very lowest energy UV photons are emitted, within predominantly visible light. Just Google or Wikipedia "ultraviolet light" and learn more.

TJChagas I did actually, and Ty for the response. I saw that the UV lenses react to UV aka black light blb bulbs, and those low energy LEDS. I had forgotten about those types of bulbs, and the UV lamps used to measure fluorescence.
