DOMESTIC ABUSE IS NEVER OK…but if my evil wife threatened to have my baby daughter murdered my fists would be flying in all sorts of crazy directions. Thats all I’m gonna say.
True but to someone like Cersei could bring high consequences if something happen to her. Someone like Jaime and *ESPECIALLY* Tywin would not like it at all
Given context, Robert was relatively an okay enough husband to Cersei, benign by the end. While Cersei is probably gonna down as the worst wife ever in Westeros's history.
The mountain would not be having no kids coz the mother wouldn't be alive, just saying, but metaphorically speaking I would say that a stone is a mountains shit
Mya Stone is legit one of my favourite characters in ASOIAF...Her life and story is so sad,yet she always remains positive. What a great arc for such a minor character
Most armies of the North are basically a Freeman and men and arms are the only Calvary they have closest not to worthy of Knights or the northern Calvary Calvary in the dance of dragons a they wrote shepherd pony swords maces clutches dressed in mail with steel caps
Robert certainly did acknowledge Maya. Ned has memories of Robert playing with her, hinting very strongly that he just adored her. He acknowledged her, her just couldn't bring her to King's Landing. I'm sure he also supported her. Through Jon Arryn, he made sure all of his bastards were cared for. Even Gendry, who was placed in an apprenticeship and had all of his fees paid for. They even checked on their welfare sometimes.
Varys did that unbeknownst the Robert. He used Robert's kids as backups in case anything went wrong. Robert never paid anything to take care of Mya. He abandoned her almost as soon as she was born. Same with Gendry. Robert never even knew he existed.
@@miuhcupcake2285 Whiskers meant that the direction the show went with Sansa was bad. They should have followed the books and not married her to Ramsey. I think. But she did go by Alayne Stone for a little while in the show. But not for long.
What do you mean? You don't consider it a good plot point for LF to just give the Key to the North away from under his control to the son of a known psychopath to face almost certain death?
Okay, so... are there any bastards who rejects their parents names? Like... A Snow grows up to be an amazing warrior or leader and his parent now favors him and finally offers the bastard their name, but the bastard is like "nah, I'm good."
I mean, haven’t got to far into the books (on me) but I know in the show Jon did this, atleast with Stannis, who he regarded as king then. But nothing off the top of my head for books beyond that. Sorry for not helping.
There was Justin Rivers who was a bastard between the feuding Brakens and Blackwoods. He just straight up conquered both houses , then pretty much the rest of the Riverlands and gave himself the lastname Justman.
What if osmund is actually the fake name and he was actually a knight working as a spy for aegon it would make sense for him to use a former knight turned sellsword as most golden company men are
All bastards not just most with a last name have a parent or parents of high birth. Low born children don't have last names at all in the series. Unless granted one for a service. Such as saving a Lords life. And they are then promoted to highborn status.
Nah, just wouldn’t have a surname. Those surnames are pretty much just used to show noble bastards are below nobles, but above commoners in the pecking order. It’s like how Gendry is just referred to as Gendry rather than Gendry Waters, since nobody really knows his dad was Bobby B.
I hope gendry and mya meet soon. I think gendry should leave the brotherhood without banners and look for this haif brothers and sisters but that just me
