Very nice to meet you both. I stumbled onto your channel because I just bought an instant pot (I haven’t even received it yet) I was drawn to your miso ramen recipe. Your channel is right up my alley. My other shows I’m devoted to are , Tabieats, Simon and Martina-eat your Sushi, Rachel and Jun & Juns Kitchen, Peaceful Cuisine. We truly live in amazing times. I can’t really imagine how time consuming RU-vid is especially when done so well like your shows. Rachel and Jun have discovered how much time it takes to do the cooking show Juns kitchen. So you two are such hard workers with two full time jobs, children and RU-vid. I just retired the end of last year

Yes, making cooking videos is very time-consuming, especially we wanted to do it right. Spending days to research recipes, shoot footage and editing makes it harder to keep up. Thank you for tuning in our channel!

Your videos are great and look like you have been doing it for years. I’m living in North Carolina with little access to great Asian food having lived in San Francisco, Hawaii and Seattle for 45 years. I have had to reach out to discover how to cook Asian food for myself. My instant pot is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.
