I agree! The way he looks at her at the brunch and when showing her Victrola is not a completely straight friends look. Or even in the 3rd episode plotting together at Blair’s house he had to check himself before quickly leaving. I know they're actors but this was during the time Ed was over the moon for Leighton hard in real life. So was it Ed’s feelings shining through or the character’s?

no. i think he did like her more than usual but he didn't realise UNTIL their hookup. that was his 'glass shattering' moment that made him realise he liked blair. at least thats how i see it

I don’t think he had feelings for her, but I think he genuinely liked her as a friend/person, which contributed to him falling for her after episode 7

When Nate found out and saw Blair I hated the writers for not putting in Blair saying somth9ng like ‘ we were broken up when I slept with him u,slept with my bestie whilst we were together’ like come ommmm

Would have liked to see more bits of them from Hi,Society. Cute Chuck in love scenes. Him crushing and staring at Blair at dance rehearsal and making out after. Seeing the birth of his character falling hard is part of the beauty of the story. His first and only love. Love is something he never had or felt before. Unfortunately that also becomes his downfall in how he reacts to these new overwhelming emotions.

I watched this show recently first 2 season were best later on Chuck and Blair interesting chemistry was the only thing that kept this show alive for me till season 6

I wonder why they changed blairs look after s1. She is pretty in other seasons but in s1 she is like stunning.

i dont get how people ship nair. in the show we just see him neglect her 24/7 and blair kept this 'perfect girlfriend' image with him. whereas chair was honest and were genuinely interested in each other.
