I can see Allen as a potential challenger to Brady's claim as GOAT, provided he stays healthy and has such a long career. He has more physical and athletic tools than Brady, and we all saw him grow between the ears, especially this past season. I'm not saying he *will*; Brady has 20 seasons on Allen, but the potential is there. We got *SO LUCKY* to draft him!
@@krakhedd As a diehard Bills fan, I don't think anyone will ever surpass Brady as the GOAT. No QB ever had more than 4 SB wins, Brady has almost doubled that & gone to 10 SB's. It's just never going to happen again. That's not to say Allen can't be a HOF QB, I'd be happy with just ONE SB win lol
It was a spectacular performance. I am a NE fan and I was routing for the kid. Guess I am not really a NE fan......lol. I just love his story and his ability.
What an oustanding video clip on Josh Allen.....and good luck Buffalo, as much of the USA, not only Western NY and Firebaugh. CA, is pulling for the Bills to win the big one behind this magnificent QB and former Wyoming Cowboy.
He’s my guy. I actually tear up watching his story. He kept betting on himself when few even noticed him. He just kept on doing it over and over and over. But he KNEW he had what it took.
This is what I love about they NFL a lot of people that believe in him I thought he was gonna be a beast when he first got drafted and look at them now
God damnit, that was 6 months ago and this was literally the first time I was able to watch anything about Buffalo on here since that game riped my heart out. I watched Buffalos preseason game Saturday and was finally thinking I have to get over this and stated with this and almost immediately saw your comment reminding me off the pain of that game. I know it's crazy but I've really been avoiding all football since that game. I'm finally trying to clean my wound and it's not so easy. I hope one day I could appreciate that game but I'm far far away now!
I have to say as someone who followed Josh Allen at Wyoming there are parts during that section of this video that simply aren’t true. First Josh Allen was not Wyoming’s Third or Fourth choice. The head coach flew in and sat at the dinner table with Josh and told him, I want you to be the face of our program. Second Wyoming played San Diego State in the conference championship, as they had already upset the #12 team in the country in Boise state.
Even though I'm from western New York, I was always a dolphins fan growing up. Allen coming to Buffalo along with Diggs later, made me want to root for the bills. He's the leader they have needed. He deserves a ring one day just for bringing life back to the team after so many years of defeat
Josh Allen has been my guy since my Bills drafted him. He's a stud and his athleticism should be questioned. His arm talent is exceptional. So, for Josh to reach his destiny of becoming an elite NFL QB with championship pedigree, he needs to take the roll of field tactician. The G.O.A.T.S Brandy, Manning, Rogers, Marino and Kelly all were coaches behind the line of scrimmage. That ability gave their offenses a huge scheme up advantage against the opposing teams defensive coordinator. Josh is a very bright young man. He's very astute when it come to the Xs and Os of the game. It's time for the coaching staff to empower Josh and fill up his plate. At that point, he'll become a nightmare for teams for year to come.
Wyo played SDSU in the MWC championship. I was there. We beat Boise that year a few games earlier which was his best game as a poke. That team was pretty stacked. It had Hollister and Gentry who are also on the Bills as well as Wilson on the bengals, Hill on the Bears, Wingard on the jags, and roullier on the football team.
I'm a Patriots fan so it really goes against the grain, but I just really like him. I love watching him play, when it's not New England he's playing against.
Jim Kelly hands off the torch to Josh Allen. Finally the Buffalo Bills have a QB that can potentially win a Superbowl in my lifetime. - BB Fan 30 years Strong.
Didn't follow him in college but when the draft came around I prayed we got him especially over Baker Mayfield watching his tapes I immediately knew he was the one for buffalo just seeing him and that competitive Spirit he has sold me immediately
I believe he can. He has the winner mentality. My dad went to two of the SB losses (like many of our family members did for the millennials and gen Z in Buffalo) and he believes it. If he believes again, so the fuck should I.
I can honestly say that I have liked Josh Allen since the day I saw him at Wyoming. I thought he was the best QB in that draft and I had said over and over he should be the number 1 pick in the 2018 draft. I really wanted him to fall to my Steelers, but its better that he got drafted by the Bills. I actually nailed all the QB's on the head for that draft so far. Watch out McShay, I'm coming for your job haha.
What I don't understand the Pittsburgh Steelers is it seems like they are never prepared for when Ben Roethlisberger moves away from the game like who is next in line? Does Pittsburgh have a long-term plan
Right! I think they thought Mason Rudolph would be, but I'm just not sure if he has it. If Haskins can get his shit together, he can be a good QB I honestly believe.
@@anthonysmith132 yeah I said that would have Washington released him I said I hope somebody can coach just kidding get his shit together. He is too much talent and he has shown at times that he can play think Mike Tomlin is a good fit for him he turned his career around I always liked him
As a chiefs fan I think and will always think Mahomes is the best QB rtn but Josh Allen scares me everytime we play him he is such a good QB and so versatile especially with Diggs to throw it too man too dangerous
Man I remember talking to this one girl about the Bills. She brought up Allen and Peterman. We both didn’t like Allen because of his comment about not being wanted to get sent to Buffalo. So i rooted for Peterman. Then Allen won my heart. My father didn’t cry at his parents funeral. I never seen that man cry until he said Allen is going to be the next Brady. I still dont know how to feel about it. But hey Go Bills
That’s probably the most accurate way to describe what people thought about Allen coming out of college. “A parody of an NFL QB”. There’s surely some folks that still feel that way even today 🙄
just want you guys to know to never stop making these videos you guys are the best sports youtubers i’ve ever since never stop i love your videos i promise you’ll hit 1 mil with that hard work
@@Davidjon1946 I was born in 92, crapped my diapers all the way through the last Super Bowl. All I ever knew was the long heartache that happened after, but always hearing about the good times too. I’m kind of glad I never had to live through the heartbreak of the SB losses…Now watching these new good times with my parents and grandparents is such an amazing experience. Can’t wait for the season to start!!!
I thought he looked sluggish due to his big-boned physique until I sam him jumped over an opponent when he rushed. The NFL’s future is looking bright with the likes of him, Mahomes, Jackson and the likes 👍
I don't ever want to hear "Accuracy is innate, not learned" ever again. There is so much that goes into a completed pass beyond the ball being "put in the right spot"... its footwork, its release time, its body positioning... all teachable, all things Josh Allen knew were his weakness. Remember that article that said "If Josh Allen succeeds, Buffalo will have defeated all of math itself"? I knew 2 games in Josh Allen was the real deal, all he needed was time.
If and when this kid wins a Super Bowl, he will deserve to have someone explain how he outlasted the daughters and the suits sayers, he still persevered, do not challenge the heart of a champion.
I am a bills fan! and he was not that good his first year. and I looked over at my dad and said "it's his first season, he'll improve with the team" and he did for sure😊
Yep me too I'm 42 years old I'm super bowls like they were yesterday the kids in my middle school Dallas Cowboys jackets making fun of me the next day when the Bills lost the Super Bowl but now these are the same kids on Facebook with the kids that they have dressed in their bills gear saying that they are lifelong Bills fans get the fuck out of here you the ones that made fun of me for Bills fan and now you and your kid dressed up on Christmas Eve and your bills close is supposed to fool everyone
Flash forward 7 months and he had the most impressive blow out of bill belichek ever and I’m a pats fan , I love Mac Jones but how tf we suppose to compete with this guy
Allen’s only been playing a few years; so to go as far as to say he holds nearly every team record is going a little too far. He definitely has the potential and has improved every season thus far, so he definitely will by the time he retires though.
