yone W is extremely strong it s unavoidable poke in lane and it guarantees good short trades. Its cd is reduced by attack speed. And in late the shield is pretty impressive. The ability may not be as broken as riven E but it’s still among the best ones.
Passive: Kog'Maw (needs no introduction) Q: Xayah Q (small damage, easy to dodge) W: Varus W (on-hit effect without his long range pokes or R to give full stack) E: Aphelios E (he doesn't have one) R: Nilah R (With your kit you'll never use this skill. Ever) The most useless marksman ever Edit: Thanks for the suggestion. Twitch W is a pretty nice replacement (since no passive = no poison), but it still gives you vision and nice utility (slow). Kalista's W also give vision even if you have no damage. So I'll let you guys decide on your own
@@feeshgosqueesh4146 Sylas can use Kai'Sa ult on people he recently auto attacked, so it won't be a problem for a marksman like this. Besides, using two unusable skills in a row is lazy.
Varus can still detonate the W stacks, he only can't use the active part without his Q. I would honestly put Twitch W there, since without his P and E it's just a minor slow field and not a strong one unless you build AP which no other skill in this kit would so it's not a factor.
Passive: senna/tristana for range gain Q: Jinx for 200 range W: kogmaw for 200 range and on hit effect E: hawkshot because your range will be off of you screen so you need to see them. R: Twitch because 300 more range and are attacks that go off of your screen piercing a team no matter how far apart they are. Also just start with caits base range and you can basically attack from your bot tower to theirs and push any tower constantly without ever having to be in turret range or needing minions
I think ezreal’s mystic shot should’ve at least been top 3 for marksman Qs. It has solid damage, on-hit effects (which make it very strong with spellblade), and most importantly it’s cooldown is extremely low and it reduces the cooldown of all other abilities by a significant amount.

Ezreal's Q is very reliant on the rest of his kit also being poke. If your damage is mostly auto attack based (like most ADCs and their items are) his q doesnt stand out
Even as a Jhin main, you HAVE to admit you want to trade his traps in for Ezreal E. IMAGINE Akshan swing with Jhin passive, unloading all 4 shots in a second, it'd be NUTS.
@@MrBubbabolly traps can provide safety too tho if you place them in strategic positions - they give u vision, can disrupt ganks, allow u to cc someone whos flanking etc.
Im kind of upset Aphelios couldn't get into the list, just case his entire kit is.. well, his passive, and without it, his ultimate or Q don't exist. Because i gotta tell you, Severum Q is sometimes so strong its hilarious.
I think you missed out on Kog'Maw's W. Additional Range is one of the best steroids in the game and as a bonus you get max health damage. Imagine this on a high range adc like cait or jhin or a champ with an as steroid like tristana.

I'm surprised that sivir's E didn't make the list, it's an invaluable tool to any marksman to be able to just ignore that one crucial ability, like a Morgana bind or blitz hook. Even with the reworked one that doesn't give mana anymore it still is an incredible ability
the problen is it has a room for error, as sometimes enemy will play mind tricks on you and make you waste it. Having a mobility is much safer and consistent
@@pyrokatarina there are situation where a spell shield will get you out of danger when a dash won't, namely when you're trying to react to something. Even if you dash before a skillshot hits you, it doesn't move you the length of the dash instantly, whereas a spell shield is instant. Additionally, you should on paper never fall for any tricks if you understand what your opponent can actually do.
Here an idea: To introduce to our mechanically insane players the idea that mechanics aren't everything, how about the strongest macro abilities? Making a theoretical champion with abilities that help you clear waves, roam, decimate towers and all that stuff. It'd be a little breather from talking about all these turbo broken abilities combat-wise!
Ezreal's Q to me will always be the defining marksman ability. It's what defines Ezreal's kit, what separates good from great Ezreals, and has enabled him to have perhaps the most diverse history of builds of any champ in the game.

Assuming on the basis that the passive determines the adc’s range and autos. Passive: Ashe Q: Jinx W: Vayne/Kogmaw E: Akshan R: Xayah Good luck killing, kiting, or surviving this. A crazy theory build Passive: Akshan Q: Jinx W: Sivir (Cant use vayne w since it disappears if you hit a new target) E: Pick your dash/mobility you prefer R: Twitch You can never teamfight against this build since its so much passive onhit with attkspd/range and bouncing autos with piercing.
@@raphaelnej8387 I have to make passive the deciding factor because then everyone would go with a never ending meta of cait/ashe cause why go for lower range. There would be absolutely no variety on auto ranges if it wasnt strickly tied to passive.
the better solution would be to make a generic adc with the average adc stats (range, ad, attack speed, hp, movespeed, armor, mr, etc) and a target dummy skin
I am basing it on the previous video but I think Jhin’s and Ashe’s passive, Kai’sa Q, Vayne’s true damage, Ezreal or Tristana mobility and whatever Akshan even does have a high chance to get on the list
here's my personal best abilities: vayne's passive: this passive is basically free boots when moving towards enemies, further improved during ultimate, allowing you to chase fleeing foes much easier. vayne's Q: need i say more? it's a short dash with low mana and empowers your next auto attack. can be used to dodge skillshots, reposition, or to chase. vayne's W: makes her 3rd auto on each target deal max health true damage. no amount of armor or health stacking will help against that. it's just great if someone's stacking defense or there's a pesky rammus on the enemy team vayne's E: a massive point and click knockback that stuns if your target hits a wall. great for preventing those pesky assassins from closing into you or dispatching an enemy by knocking them to a wall. vayne's R:great steroid ultimate that grants attack damage, more movement speed during passive, and invisibility during your Q. you can even extend it's duration if you score a takedown.
Kalista's w and Ashe's e are strong contenders for the best w and e, but I think kog'maw's passive can't not be the best passive in the marksman category.
The amount of damage you do after you die with his passive isn’t worth as much as the value you get with akshan, ash etc. because they allow you to do way more damage in combat instead of hoping to get a kill after you die
Kalistas passive looks good on paper, But the reduced dmg/ slows reducing your dps is such a big hit to its viability. It’s oppressive with rend though.
I would think that zeri ult would be a strong contender for best ultimate buffs. Infinite scaling attack speed and move speed that can last indefinitely would be turbo broken on this perfect marksman that can very easily maintain stacks and gain stacks with the akshan passive, the jinx rockets, senna passive, and etc. I feel like the potential of this ult is crazy and only hindered by it's buff duration. So when you can get around this issue by auto attacking someone a screen away, it would be super broken. And then that move speed paired with something defensive like Samira W makes you nigh immortal.
I don't think its as good as your making it out to be, theres way more counterplay to that, than there is to twitch ult combo's or stuff like that, that just kills your targets and doesn't dilly dally around hoping enemies wont walk outside your vision or something. (also it doesn't make your attackspeed infinitely scale, it's just 30% bonus attackspeed flat that it gives).
Jhin's passive, Ez Q, Tristana W, Tristana E, Vain's R Press R, drop E, auto Q, passive procs and use passive faster with EZ Q, if you hit Q lower cooldowns (passive as well? maybe reloading weapon faster) and procs E explode faster, and in a panic you can jump away...
The tanks one will be interesting. you have 2 ways to make a tank the chonkiest boy alive or something that has lots and lots of hard crowd control. to be honest the best tank is probably just Ornn's passive w and r with some better cc abilities on the q and e. something like Amumu q or Alistar q and Gragus e. but we will see what vars picks. for chonk Alistar ult is just the best cause 55%-75% damage reduction is nuts.
Ornn passive is easily the strongest tank passive imo, to the point where picking any others as honorable mentions doesn't even feel right. It's balanced by being on Ornn but put all those free stats on like a Tahm and watch the enemy suffer
Ezreal q should have been in consideration. It's a long range skill shot that reduces all ability cool downs if it hits any target. Think about how busted this would be paired with a more powerful ultimate. Senna or jhin passive paired with ezreal q, paired with any high tier ult and they would wreck lane the moment they hit 6, and be a huge threat with ult every fight

@@SK-df1iw that's why you could make him a caster that relys on the cd reduction. For example senna/jhin passive would make the qs sting more, and just piling escape tools on w & e would help reposition and staying safe for a nuke on the ult. Not a lot of adcs have crit scaling on their ult. I think cait would be great for this cause a q into ult might kill someone because of jhin passive bonus ad
Ok, I think I got this: Passive: Draven Q: Ezreal W: Kog’Maw E: Zeri, Ezreal R: Xayah Draven’s gold generating passive with Ezreal’s (I’m sure)reliable Q, Kog’Maw’s extreme range, and Zeri’s wallride or Ezreal’s E if can have multiple abilities from the same champion, with Xayah’s ult that can dodge stuff
I dont know if we can count Kindred's passiv but if we do it would be my choice nr 1. The % amount of stats on any other marksman would be terrifying ^^
Here’s mine. Akshan passive, zeri q, vayne w, akshan e, samira ult. Let’s say you get 4.0 attack speed, akshans passive basically doubles that, and zeri’s q doubles it again, so you have 16 attacks per second. That means you proc vaynes W 6 times a second. Zeri’s q basically instantly stacks samiras ult, so you auto for 1 second, use ak’s e to get in the middle of a team, Sam ult, then ak e out.
Zeri q would innately limit you to 1.5 atks perk sec, which can’t be increased by either lethal tempo or hail of blades. Meaning at most your getting 3 atks per second when combined with the double shot from Akshan. Samira ult also has a cost of 6 style meaning it can’t be used since style is tied to Samira passive which wouldn’t be taken. And also using your earlier logic, zeri q would still innately reduce overall atkspd, since it has a flat cd of (1 second - atkspd) and Samira style still requires unique attack sequence, so you can’t simply repeatedly auto the same target to get it.
Theres some problems with this, first of all Zeri Q has a limit for how low the cooldown gets (1.5 attacks per second), second of all Samira ult would legit make you nerf yourself since you would be doing more damage basic attacking without it, Twitch ult would be way better - making Zeri Q peirce and have longer range since lethal tempo incraeses its range and also giving AD, probably has a great interaction with akshan E too.

i think ezreal's q is honestly better than zeri's q, and on top of how spammable it is and it basically being a better auto attack, it reduces all ability cooldowns by a second everytime it hits which could turbo reactivates broken abilities like samira w.
Nobody is saying Ezreal's Q is bad, in fact it's busted for certain ability sets. The problem is that it basically forces you to not build crit, and creating an "Ideal ADC" while discouraging crit builds is pretty weird.
I think the range on senna's q is not afected by her passive. It's affected by her range which is fairly different. She can cast q at rapid's fire canon range, so you can do a quick auto+q for passive. could be delirious with a kog'maw w and an ashe passive. with kai'sa e for mobility and new sivir's U/A, I think this abomination could send nylah back in the buffing department
Passive: Varus Q: Twitch W: Vayne E: Tristana R: Twitch(Xayah if I can't repeat champions) A ADC that excels in assassination, tank shredding, team fight and taking towers. The only weakness are utility (supports and tanks can provide) and mobility.
jhin's passive is still a really good option depending on the abilities because most things aren't scaled for for the user having 1k ad they would do a lot more damage. zeri q it what i would par with it letting you get some speedy autos off. (i am assuming that you don't get the attack speed scaling of jhin and zeri. so you can still get 2.5 attack speed and stuff. also that you don't get the passive part of the q like you did in the video.) sivir w because you would have like 500 damage sivir w plus crits would be amazing and idk for the e probs zeri e just cause dash and MORE WAVE CLEAR cause sivir w isn't enough of that already. ult i would go vayne because if q still gives invis plus all the free stats it gives then it would be great for getting even more ad on this build. another combo is akshan e and vayne w plus akshan passive. that e would 1 shot anyone if you shot enough bullets with it. that would be amazingly stupid lol. i am sure there is some q and ult to make it even better. probs zeri ult and kog q if i had to pick but i don't know adc's that well so i can't think of anything else that works better.
Teemo and Quinn weren't amongst the bubbles of marksmen profile pictures. They may be specialists, but both appear in the marksmen section in client, and Corki was counted as a marksman in this video despite being just as, if not more weird.
Draven stand aside is really good cuz the animation cancel can save you and also can be used aggressively which is his playstyle. Dravens probably angry that he wasn't mentioned.
I like Trueshot Barrage more than Super Mega Death Rocket simply because you can’t tank a TB for a teammate. SMDR does have splash, so it’s not as simple as just standing right in front of your near-dead teammate, but it’s still very doable and quite easy.
I'm just gonna assume u totally missed Mystic Shot. Would seem so, since you said that both Arcane Shift and Relentless Pursuit have CD lowering mechanics, which they don't if we look at them in a vacuum. Mystic Shot lands in the top 1 spot so hard that no other ability dares to even think about taking a place in the top 10.
I can see quite a few pretty powerful designs, especially since Sett was included in the marksman listing for some reason. Since he was, here is a hypothetical marksman build I think would be hilarious. Passive: Sett If Sett has any level of attack speed, this effectively doubles his DPS. It's like a better version of Akshans passive. Q: Jinx 130% total attack speed is really hard to argue against. Draven Q, Twitch Q, and Tristana Q are all in the running, but the permanent uptime and ability to swap it out for range and AoE is too much to pass up. W - Kog'Maw Kog'Maw has basically nothing in his kit outside of this and his ult, and can still be effective in fights. Combine the bonus range with Jinx Q as well, and you're probably going to have more problems just getting vision of your targets than actually shooting them. You would also outrange towers, so if you really wanted to you could build some mana and just 1v1 a tower over a couple minute. E - Ezreal It's a damaging flash, as a skill. This would be weaker on this hypothetical champion because they don't have Ezreal Q, but do you really think that's a problem? R - Zeri Is anyone actually surprised by this? Zeri ult grants an insane boost to on hit DPS and movement speed while also being a burst AoE.
Passive - Senna q - Jinx w - Kog'maw e - Kai'sa R - Sivir You get massive range as well as %current hp physical dmg, %max hp magic damage, and either bonus range and damage or 130% attack speed. plenty of ms from e and r to kite and you get cdr on hit from your r too. Biggest weakness is the aa only nature so champs like Jax would counter it hard. Some honorable mentions I think you missed: Ezreal q, mystic shot. It gives you fantastic range and safety while also reducing all your cooldowns including ultimate. Kog'maw W, Bio-arcane barrage. One of the only abilities that gives you bonus range and a large amount of it too. Also suppliments the rest of the kit with significant magic damage, as well as tank busting. Sivir w, Ricochet. Even before the rework it's easily one of the best aoe marksman tools in the game. After the changes, it certainly makes the top 5. Aphelios passive, the hitman and the seer. While you'd technically never get red gun unless you chose his w, having bonus range, a slow, aoe damage, or chakram autos is very powerful. Kalista e, Rend. Provided you actually get to press your e, it effectively increases the damage of your attacks by 70% ad for the first auto, then 40% for each one after that.
Imagine, if you will, a character with: Senna's passive, Jinx's Q, Kog'Maw's W, Akshan's E, and Twitch's R. Lategame teamfighting hypercarry hellmonster with attack range longer than a lane.
Ashe's Passive + Jinx's Q + Vayne W + (either Ezreal E or Akshan's E) + Twitch R. You can perma kite plus you shred hp bars + you have an escape tool + jinx q plus twitch R increases the team shredding and gives u 500 bonus attack range.
Can you do a video on why everyone plays blitz? He consistently has a pickrate of more than 5% despite having one of the most one dimensional kits in the game. The only thing he does well is pull badly positioned enemies so his TEAM can finish them off. He can't make flashy plays like Zed or Lee Sin, doesn't have an overloaded kit like Yone, nor is he nearly as versatile as champions like Thresh or Renekton (he's pretty much the complete opposite of versatile). Also, his pull is really polarizing, seeing that it can be really strong vs squishy supports, but pretty useless vs vanguards.
@Vars Not a marksmen but beat with me here. So Yone passive because the obvious easy crit. then Yasuo Q is great but Yone Q is also a dash so take that one as a fast auto reset low cd ability that works with the crit build we layed out. Then I was thinking bout the marksmen one and for the ult I actually thought some safety would be nice and just though Yone E plus would be super great for the ult (even on ult cooldown) so Yone E is so broken we can't pass it up. Plus they will have lots of engage so that makes the E even better. Then Malphite ult is great but Yone ult works with our ad build and also has more AOE. Then the last part of our kit we need some safety when we dive in on our W. A heal or shield maybe that works when we dive into the enemy team. How about Yone W. The shield scales off of enemies hit. Wait a minute, is this how the riot dev team made Yone?! What have I become! I remade Yone!
I would definitely take everything that gives extra range P: Senna/Trist Q: Jinx W: Kog E: Ezrael (can't think of anything that gives range, and free flash is nice) R: Twitch Good luck fighting when I pierce through the entire team with +850 range, explosions, %max magic damage (and also +70AD)
Can you imagine you're just walking along minding your own buissness, when an Explosive Charge on your head gets 3 tics of silver bolts and 3 tics of Dirty Fighting all from a couple auto attacks, and ALL from 300+ range away because of Spray and Pray.
You are wrong about Zeri's Q. Her right click attacks working like they do are actually her Q's passive. The only reason she never goes without it is because she is forced to start the game with Q.
Nilah definitely would’ve definitely made this list, if it was written after her release. Her passive is just so good in all situations. It has no actual synergy with most other marksman abilities, but it doesn’t really need it. Her q giving each auto attack an AOE is ALSO absolutely busted. It’s literally twitch r with better area coverage. Then, her w is incredibly valuable on any adc, especially in early game skirmishes, where auto attack damage in trades is very important. After that, her dash is only really matched by the likes of Zeri, but Nilah has *two* dashes, which is a big point in her favor. Only her ult can be argued to be “worse” than Ashe’s, for example, because of the limited range. However, it can also CC multiple people at once, so depends on what you need. Love that though lmao
It's super clear I have 2 preference This one have lmiddle range aa 500-550 Passive : kalista ( what it's the best combat trick you could ask for marksman) Q : kaisa ( it's helping farming and dueling capabilities ) W : vayne ( nobody surprises) E : kaisa ( aspd steroid on top of that evolve to have invis) R : twitch ( ofc if we need the fucking steroid on top of multiple power we have) Second is 3000 year of gaming experience. Passive : lucian ( simple double shoot everytime cast a skill) Q : kindred ( its dash aspd steroid that act as semi farming tool) W : vayne ( it's still the best ability you want) E : lucian ( mini dash that work with passive) R : twitch ( the best steroid)
The fact that more than half of Zeri's kit is in the top 3 of its type tells you something about that god damn champion. As a point of reference, the two abilities that did not quite make it are her e, a dash that is spammable which is also a better one-man bard portal on an ad that enemies can't follow and, her ult, a massive aoe nuke that also doubles as a twitch ult that gives you a free lethal tempo proc. Remove Zeri

Passive:ashe's frost shot-every auto slows great for chasing and kitting enemies Q-i have to choices 1st:ashe's q I will definitely choose if can be used on the get go plus pair with certain adc's ult and it will be insane 2nd-jinx's switcheero-same reason's as ashe q "insane machine gun potential" but ashe q when used gets a additional dmg 5-25% base of you're total ad But with jinx also lose attack speed in exchange of having lot more damage. W-kog'maw's bio-arcane/vayne's silver' bolts-shred everybody insane with high attack speed E-ezrael's arcane shift' it's a blink which mean's it is inherently better than other form of mobility plus it deal dmg. R-twitch's spray and pray' insane range and aoe piercing attack.
P: Kalista - Having a dash on every auto is always nice. Akshan passive might be even more OP if it works with Zeri Q Q: Zeri - The core of this kit. Basically free autos. And yes there's also the 4 dashes per second with Kalista passive which is... funny, to say the least. W: Vayne - More AAs = more true dmg = win E: Ezreal E is OP if CD refund procs on Q, otherwise Zeri E is great and works with Q. R: Vayne, period. - 4 AAs with 4 dashes per second, now even better with invisibility! :D In conclusion, basically a better Vayne who somehow deals even more true dmg. Yes you don't have Vayne E, but who needs that when you can zoom around with Kalista passive and have perma invisibility?
Here’s my list: P - Ashe Q - Jinx W - Sivir E - Miss Fortune R - Twitch You’ll be a kiting monster with the slows from P/E and the range from Q, W, and R. Not to mention massive damage dealer in team fights when you can stack range from Q, R, and lethal tempo, and dish it out to multiple units with Q, W, and R.
For me its gonna be Akshan passive ; Zeri Q ; Vayne W ; E - I dont mind anything as long as it is a dash ; Twich R (would work wonders with these Q and W).
A bit surprised you chose Vayne's "q" over Draven's for the honorable mention. I don't think the dash you get from it is significant enough unless you couple it with the invisibility from the ult.
I was also heavily considering draven for Q but I think that the move heavily depends on the resetting MS from his W. Picking up axes without that 50-70% movement speed buff from W would be so much more difficult.
@@SK-df1iw If you are relying on your W to catch his axes, you're doing it wrong. W is for kite/chase and perma AS buff. The Q gives double damage to auto attacks. Crazy good value.
in this case, i would also argue you need to think if you can choose stats, because for sure caitlyn stats( her range mainly) with tristana pasive for example, would be absolutely broken

R: Vayne's final hour bc accoridning to you logic evert q would trigger the invisiblity Which would mean that you go invisible every .7 secons plus bonus ms. This isint an adc passive but kha zix's passive would actually be pretty good but you would lose out on some on hit effects from akshans.
P: senna Q: zeri W: samira E: akshan R: vayne When in a tf, pop r and go perma inv with zeri q and moving around with akshan e. If got caught then you can w and e away assuming you can you use the e while the w is active as it is on samiras kit. Passive just helps for mid-late game extra damage and stats
Kalista passive Zeri Q Vayne W Lucian E Twitch R Hippity hoppity get off my property. This would be literal hell to fight and to play. Zeri Q triggering martial then an auto then e then auto again then q and you have dashed 5 times in the time it takes for most people to auto 2 times. This with twitch r giving a use to all this reposition power and extra range to this to not allow people to escape makes it a horrific combo.
Here's a Combo that would be beyond broken: P- Draw A Bead (Tris Passive) Q- Switcheroo (Jinx Q) W- Bio-Arcane Barrage (Kog Maw W) E- [If i can add a non-W abilility here: Silver Bolts..] If not; Rend (Kalista E) R- Twitch R... Behold, the annihilation from outside of vision range.
For big fight ults aphelios would do so well. I think the only reason why aphelios couldn’t make it into these lists was because all his abilities, 5 q’s, 5 ults all rely on his passive but if I were to choose a big fight ult from aphel it wouldn’t actually be the one shot infernum ulti. I would actually pick gravitim ulti. As an Aphel main I don’t use it often but I must say it is sooooo underrated. If u land a 3 man 5 man etc and root then along with slowing them by 99% you can make some biiiiigggg plays specially with a team that can follow up with lots of cc. A good team for me is like ornn top, sion jgl, galio mid, aphel as adc for the grab ult, and renata to make ‘em go berserk under all the cc
passive - Akshan Q - Zeri W - Vayne E -tristana R - vayne Shooting two akshan autos and a zeri Q instantly procs vayne W and akshan passive, if u manage to get another shot off u also proc tristana E, so u can basically 4 the opponent with 3 different onhit stack passives. And if ur in ur ultimate u can always use zeri Q as the third auto to go invis and find a safe spot where you can finish tristana's E's last shot
Having not seen the video yet, here's my answer for each ability Passive - Kalista Her passive gives her more dashes than irelia. That plus range means that any adc besides probably Jhin and Ezreal would be able to take advantage of this. The passive is somewhat balanced by Kalista's low range, but the ability for her to out-dash skirmishers cannot be overstated. Q - Kaisa You can cast it without interrupting movement and it does a ton of close range damage, making engaging on you harder. It also secures the first 3 melees when you're leashing jg. The main reason I think it's strong is because it does damage without interrupting mobility, which is a privilege that not a lot of champions get. W - Nilah It's untargetability that can be spread to your support. That's very strong. E - Zeri Being able to dash over terrain is quite good, especially with the ridiculous distances. It's great for setting up all ins and for escaping. R - Kalista Singlehandedly adds years of game design to your support
Seeing the video, I think you're vastly underestimating Kalista's ult. It can become useless by teammates playing around it badly, but I think given you have a functional support, it's arguably the strongest ult in the game.
In my opinion ez is by far the best marksman E. This is since unlike dashes the e can't be canceled by hooks etc, and can also go through things like veigar E.
I'm a firm believer that Kalista's passive is at least in the top 3 strongest single abilities in the game. The only one I can think of right now that's arguably even stronger is Yuumi's W (but at least from my perspective she's not actually in the game, because I ban her every time, so it doesn't count). I think I would pick Kalista Passive and Vayne W, so I don't have a problem with dealing too little damage. Just Akshan E on top of that and I don't really think you would need anything else at that point. Q and R probably aren't really necessary, but maybe a combination of Vayne Ult + Jinx Q/Zeri Q for Perma invis could be neat or just pick up something like a Senna Q to help in lane and then some good ult. Twitch seems like the strongest in this case, but maybe the safety from Xayah or a global ult are stronger in some games.
Passive: Ashe Q: Draven (even without the passive i realy like the bonus damage) W: Samira (its just broken in a adc) E: Ashe (I value vision a lot in my games) R: Twitch (buff) I have noting against samira and some of the "casters" adc, but for me adc needs to kill on autos not on skils.
P: Senna, Q: Ashe, W: Vayne E: Ezreal R: Twitch - Maximum range, high damage, and a mobility spell to save you when someone somehow gets in 2 screens of you.
What I don’t understand is how you don’t see exactly how busted draw a bead would be on the low attack range adcs. Like, even on Caitlin, wait, even better on Caitlin. They will have more attack range on their autos than their ult.
P - akshan Q - jinx W - kog'maw E - akshan R - twitch can switch the playstyles between long range teamfight menace while having a really good skirmishing and kiting potential
If I had to make one using stuff that wasn’t mentioned in this video: Passive: Get Excited! (Jinx) - one of the best teamfighting passives in the game. Imagine this on Vayne or KogMaw, if one person died you’d instantly win the fight. Q: Spinning Axe (Draven). Even with his low range and mobility this ability alone makes him one of the best botlane bullies in the game. Imagine getting hit with spinning axes from a million miles away with Twitch ult or senna passive, or with a gajillion bonus AD from Jhin passive, you’d easily be dealing 2000 damage crits. W: Bio Arcane Barrage (KogMaw) - the increased range and on hit damage single-handedly makes KogMaw one of the best late game hypercarries when he’s meta. Again, imagine this with Draven Q and lethal tempo. E: Arcane Shift (Ezreal) - one of the best mobility abilities in the game. Even tho it has a very long CD and this champ wouldn’t have a way to reduce it, with its crazy range and damage once would be enough to keep them safe before they ended the fight. R: On the Hunt (Sivir). Probably the 2nd best macroplay ult in the game behind ryze ult, there’s a reason that when this ability is strong pro play becomes dominated by Sivir. All that extra movespeed on a champ that already has get excited and you become a champ with Zeri movespeed and Draven damage in team fights.
Did you forgot Ezreal Q? Because that is straigt up the BEST AD-Caster Ability in the game. Every time you hit Cooldown reduced on ALL abilitys is pretty broken on a champ with not that long cooldowns or more impactful ults
I think the best set would be: Senna Passive, Jinx Q, Vayne W, Akshan E, Twitch R. My reasoning is attack speed. I may be a little biased, being a Jinx main (ok lots of bias here) but I felt like her q would be very versatile with a lot of the abilities Vars mentioned. For one, Senna's passive. Being able to stack each time you hit an enemy means that with more attack speed means more stacks. Along with that, since Jinx's Q can swap to Fishbones to have more range, Senna's passive would increase that as well. Vayne's W is obvious. Every three hits, true damage. Already with Senna's passive and Jinx's q, you're shooting at least 3 times a second, right? Akshan's E. At first I wanted to put Zeri, but then I realized that Akshan DOES shoot while he e's. So, you get stacks, attack really fast, and true damage along with Akshan's buffs like lift steal. And finally, Twitch R. I wasn't very sure about this one, but Twitch R would really bring the 200 years champion together. Piercing bolts with Vayne w, and what if every champion it pierced you also got stacks from? So yeah, that'd be my pick for the top abilities, if we're talking about constant DPS. There are definitely other good ones depending on what champion you'd think is the most powerful.
There are ways to itemize against max health true damage. In Vayne‘s case First of all, Frozen Heart works because of the attack speed slow. But in general the way to counter health based true damage are shields. In Theory consistent shields are a Perfectly fine solution to this kind of true damage. The problem is that Stoneplate‘s shield is based of health in the first place while also not being spammable. Fimbulwinter might grant more small shields but the item also gives a bunch of useless health and the amount of shielding is not high enough to impact for example Vayne‘s health based dps.
my build would be a design disaster to be proud of kalista passive vayne q tristana w akshan e lucian ult 4 dashes 2 reset on kill 1 has low cd and 1 for every time you attack and for the ult i would like would be kaisa but i don't know if it would work
