I acutally did give buff a try for a few days. But i dont know what i was doing wrong.. I had it open. i launched a few games. The mini buff window pops open during champ select so i know its working....but after the game...nothing! It never counted as me playing any matches. Id complete the challenges and win but it wasnt tracking my progress
Skootch I’m not sure if you’ll see this but after years of not playing league ( started in 2015) and coming back bc of arcane haha you’ve been the only league RU-vidr that I’ve come back to. I'm a new player who got into it after Arcane and being nagged by friends, and this channel has probably marked the first instance of me actually watching content creators for a game I'm trying to get into. Thanks for all you do Skooch, God bless
14:00 I play Ashe from the time maxing your E first was an actual strategy because it gave gold every time something died close, and even to this day I get people saying to choose a better ADC to play.
That e max thing is super interesting I never knew that. Also who is telling you to play a better adc? Ashe is pretty strong atm because of her slow making it hard to escape bad trades/situations in lane. What I'm trying to say is, Ashe may not be "the best" but as long as you enjoy playing her no-one has the right to tell you to stop.
@@plazmaburst7679 Jhin and Jinx are just better right now, and Kaisa can out trade you from 2 levels behind and out run you if you don't have wits end, Ashe is good in organized teams or playing duo were your utility actually matters, unless they hard nerf her she won't ever be in an actually bad spot just from her utility alone, especially in higher ranks, it's just that it's way easier to impact the game with other adcs, the people saying to play other thing now days are rare, but it used to be basically every game back then.
I play a lottttt of elise, who feels total dogshit to play as, especially when you're 24/7 against meta junglers who are just better. My saving grace is that most of them are elo inflated so i exploit that.
Having an intimidating bully who has your back sure has it's advantages. Also Graves is a very good looking man, I can see why Twisted Fate likes him for sure.
I’ve been playing a lot of graves mid and top recently because I find it much easier than jungling with him. People swear on building him crit with shieldbow but I always go lethality with eclipse. Also you have to go teleport and ignite. If you face a trynd or any kiting champ go ignite and ghost
I remember watching skooch's first "Can we talk about this" videos back before I even played league. Him alongside friends constantly nagging me to join them got me into it and it's nice to see him have turned into practically an icon when it comes to league. Keep it up. :)

Some people don't just "play the new champs" because they have a sense of dignity and don't want to abuse what's broken, by instead playing something that they enjoy and mastering it to the best of their ability. Your feeling of disgust when playing graves is your sense of honor slowly cracking under pressure.

DUDE, I was playin king of cards for the first time like two years ago and IMMEDIATELY stopped playing just to jam to that banger. like, i instantly googled the track and threw that onto my MP3. gotta be one of my all time fave shovel knight songs.

@@beansoclock8748 if u auto the enemy champion in lane with fleet footwork up, but dont actually hit them and only hit minions, you will get the fleet healing as if you hit a champion. So if u are going for a cs or something with fleet up, ain for the champion instead and u heal much more
@@ImageTT7 it wasn't even auto the wave in front of a champion. You could just hover your cursor over the champion because Graves's autos are internally coded as skillshots. Conversely, if you hit a champion but were hovering minions, you'd get the worse healing.
Anyone who sees this in the future please don't play crit graves unless you know the matchups its good in also as a side note please stop building collector every single game and build a lord doms it gives you more armor pen even on champions who build 0 armor items and scales exponentially in value as the enemy lvls up and if any point the enemy gets a mountain/cloth armor your collector is a slight stronger bf sword. For the graves vs jax matchup buying boot 1 early makes spacing so so much easier if your just learning the matchup until your comfortable using smoke screen and your e together to stop his trades.
This video just kinda proves that, Dodge, Block, Blind, and Un-killable should be removed Damage reduction abilities are fine, but abilities that make it so you just don't take any damage from autos or abilities are a little broken imo
@@Archeronus I've always found Yas's windshield on his passive more annoying then the wind wall. Though that might be because the Yas's I lane against try to always time the wall to be fancy.
Another thing about old champion vs new ones they don't have overloaded kits so it feel like when you win with them, you won because better play or better build
