Instead of pulltruding, why not just enlarge the whole hotend to fit the oval filament? Assuming a PTFE-lined heatbreak, all you'd really need would be PTFE tubing with slightly wider internal diameter and a conical Dremel abrasive bit to slightly enlarge the entry point at the nozzle. I might try this myself, if I can get ahold of the agricultural filament cheap enough.

Have you tried mixing it with peletes and go for grounding extrusion.. That way it will become stronger when mixed with pelet

I love the idea of post processing the recycled filament. I think some bottle PET will crystalize at a certain temperature. That would account for the shine and brittle nature of the print. I think maybe lower temp and a very slow pull could make it work. Great idea and good luck!

Probably but i don't think it worth the time to post processing and go through all the hardships

I don't think the juice was worth the squeeze. All that time fixing problems with plastic that was never meant to be used as printer filament. Seriously, you can print with poop, but that doesn't mean you should try to actually do it.

hahahaha. You're right its not worth the time at all but i love experimenting with stuff and share em even though result might not be favourable.
