Isme expose karna kya hua. Sab kuch amul ne apne ingredients list mein clearly mention kiya hua hai. Aur na ki wo koi superficial claim karte hain like kissan ketchup or bornvita. It is a simplified video for us coz bahut se jahil padhte hi nahi hai. Aur Dark Chocolate 55 percent waala bhi agar koi le le aur moderation mein khaaye 1 ya 2 bite in a week, toh wo bhi bura nahi hai.
Because amul is a good brand. They have cheap products and unhealthy but they also maintain health decently. Its not the best, but nonetheless a good brand we have. Like their butter and spread. Spread is unhealthy same goes with ice cream. Real milk and great tatse
Brother, if you can't eat it i recommend using it as a spread, you can melt the chocolate and store it , spread it on a bread slice add something sweet like dates or sugar coated apple slices or pomegranate etc on it and eat it like a toast. I ate my chocolate like that i understand it's too bitter.
What I believe is that - there is nothing to debunk about "amul 55%" as its really just a beginner friendly (or intermediate phase) dark chocolate for someone developing pallette for dark chocolate while moving on from milk chocolates or other confectioneries 🤗😇 But I also agree with him that 75% should be the ideal choice for better health benefits and taste once you achieve the habit and pallette for dark chocolates.👍 I personally like to have 90% but thats just me, you do you. 😉
@@lionelmessithegoatLM10 Honestly, their high protein version should be the one everyone should be eating. Indians are extremely protein deficient. And the best part is that their high protein foods are reasonably priced, so, a lot of people can afford them.
@@SushilaShakya-jy8sm I know bro cocoa is actually processed cacao Cacao is a raw material of cocoa But I wrote this because in chocolate pack cocoa is written but he said cacao cacao every time🫤
First point, chocolate is meant to be a sweet dish. 43 percent is not dangerous in any way. Second point it is obvious that, if the cocoa content is increased, sugar must be increased too to balance the bitterness. Third point, sugar is not the only unhealthy content in chocolates. Processed milk solid content is severely reduced in the dark bar. This makes the chocolate less smoother and more harsh, which is a common feature in even the top of the line expensive chocolates.
@@jinfin221 No one eats 100g chocolate in a day. You eat it over a few days. So yes, 43g is not too much in that context. Also the alternative to sugar is not more cocao.
Maine le hai yea 90% dark chocolate but isko khau kaise coffee powder se bhi kadwi hai bitter-witter kuch nhi pure kadwi...ghum fir ke 55% dark pe hi aagya😂
Thanks for pointing out sugar content in regular dark chocolate. But overall Amul has still maintained its status, they have multiple options with 90% and 99% cocoa as we see in the video :)
Wow, this is the kind if information required. Appreciate the way you have put it. Instead of blaming a product, you have given the categories of a product and left the decision to be made by the consumer.👏👏
I had sugar cravings during my pregnancy and i ate a lot of amul dark chocolate resulting in gestation diabetes and depriving me from food i really needed in my last trimester...
75% dark is best tasting , it is bitter but tastes good but Amul 99% dark chocolate tastes like Neem leaves or Jamun seeds , it does not even have cocoa butter .
You are truly an inspiration for the world. You are making a huge change in the market and in people's lives. You are fearless and dedicated. Huge respect to you brother. I wish you health and wealth. Keep up! 🙌🏼👍🏼
You are a living legend sir. Hats off to you sir . Dil se respect for you. Please continue making such a great video and inspire us to eat healthy food.
By the way guys Amul is directly linked with farmers so we can trust it more than any other company (in my opinion) not only that it contributes a lot in country's economy and offers jobs to many of the farmers 😊
Bro there's a Chocolate of Amul: Amul sugar free. In the ingredients it claims 0% added sugar, but it doesn't taste much bitter. Also it's total sugar content is equal to other normal chocolate. Please tell about that. What did they add instead of sugar to make it sweet?
I have tasted Dith the Guilt's dark chocolate with 20g protein and no added sugar and it's really good a growing Indian chocolate alternative. You should have had partnered with them and promoted their chocolate aswell!
Dear 'food pharmar' I have a question that you buy the food products then you show to us about their false marketing and bad quality of ingredients used and also made us to read these labels, but what you with those food packets after making the video because you don't eat them them then what you do with them? By watching your videos I leaned about the poorest quality of oil called palm oil that's used in every product nowadays and I also came to know about sugar and its disadvantages and now I follow no sugar, no palmolein, no sodium benzoate, no flavour enhancer, no artificial food colours etc, in my daily life and also guide other people to follow this. Please try to answer the question as soon as possible🙂. Thank you for guiding us about food and more. Namaskar.😊
Finally a video that makes me feel good about eating packaged food, otherwise bro just slaps all the products and show the hellish world we live in, where everything is poisonous...
Hi food farmer, You can try the 99% dark chocolate with raisins or dates. And slowly reduce the quantity of dry fruits. In no time you will end up enjoying the dark flavours😊
Being a pure vegetarian, I stopped using a single gram of sugar when I came to know it is processed using the bones 😢 Even the medicine I take, I ensure that there is no gelatin or any other animal products! Live, let live! Avoid Sugar
