Swai is trash fish from Vietnam. At least they're honest about what they're using.

Swai is just Asian catfish. No thanks.

Catfish is already a cheap fish. If they are too cheap to buy real catfish. You can trust food isn't the only shortcuts that they are taking.

I have really fallen out of watching this show. Seems like most of the segments are about gas station or shopping center food joints that they feature to get free meals. I know there's only so much interesting things to see in Texas but gas station food isn't any of them.
