God's peace honestly 🙌.....it does get tough but trusting in God and having a relationship with him is so so much better than having to go through life without......I've tried to do it on my own until I gave it all to Jesus as my author he knows best

I agree with you so much on that. Walking with Jesus has calmed me, my fears and anxieties have gone away ever since I’ve started my journey with him❤. My anxiety does come back when I start to feel like I can do it on my own💀😂. I realised that I need God and I can never do it on my own

Anxiety is like an electrical current gone wrong. The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels helped me learn to turn off the switch. Recommend it.

I needed this , I’ve literally been going through the most with anxiety lately 😩 I mean I’m holding on to the L sign I said I’d get rid of when my car was a year old ,we now at a year and a month but zero courage to let go🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ anxiety literally is the pits.
