Thanks for another great video..I wonder if exercise number one would help piriformis I can't stretch the affected side like the other despite daily trying..!
I am really starting to put my trust in your advice. My medical community all agree that these would be great for my health and wellness. These exercises mesh well with others they have recommended, but these are more fun to do and achieve the same or better result as the other ones, but much quicker. One reason is that I can actually work them into my daily life without setting aside an exercise session time. That means I will actually do them, lol. No " I'm too busy or too tired" excuses. Thanks. Think I will subscribe to hear more.
I started doing what you call the frog move. I got laughed at by family members but I kept doing it. I feel like my thighs are stronger. I already do the first two. I will include the last one. Thanks for the confirmation and the last exercise.
WeShape, WOW!! .. These Are Absolutely Wonderful Exercises To Use In Order Not To Lose Movement In Our Bodies. Thank You So Much For Creating Always Such Amazing Videos!! Sincerely Appreciated!! ... 🥰❤❤❤
I am 60+ and can do all of them. My right knee just feels a bit uneasy but I'll try and fix it up hopefully. Thanks for your tutorials. ❤ from India. 😊
Re: the last move: THANK YOU!! I would love a full video just on moves like this, am feeling completely closed up someone's and this stretch felt great
Are you a professional medical personnel? He has credentials... You seem to have an opinion. You do you... You know how weak your situation is better than we do. Most people who may have issues, as you say, know to check with their doctor first. Would you have everyone never move for fear of getting an "issue"?
@@annarborthenorris5455 excuse me I have been in the fitness industry since the mid 1980s so I have a lot of experience and I was just being helpful. Sorry if it offended you.
Thankyou…finally someone who makes sense for us! This seems attainable for me. Big truth is I need to move, exercise sensibly, strengthen, and enjoy the outdoors regularly!
