At my scouts we played a game called methain ball where you would light a tennis ball on fire and lob it around at each others face the first one to cry or develop an injury won. The scout leaders found out banned flammable liquids from camp.

Dog Surfing just sounds like a good way to lose your pet dog. Shin Kicking, Wife Carrying, Quidditch and Card Board Tube Duelling put a smile on my face. Sepak Takraw actually looks pretty cool though. Some other odd sports I've heard of include Toe Wrestling (like thumb wrestling, but...well, you probably get the idea) and Elephant Polo.

I remember the Quidditch World Cup Stories on snapchat. My friend and I were tuning in to see who won and also just laugh at all the people playing. I mean, I like Harry Potter, but that's ridiculous. Although, maybe Unicycle Quidditch would be more authentic, at least more so than running around with a broom between your legs.

Sepak Takraw & Caber tossing looked quite impressive especially Sepak Takraw which I think is most popular among Odia people in Odisha (still not nearly as popular as in SE Asia) in India & possibly the whole Subcontinent. You should probably do a separate video on Highlands Games. Wife Carrying, Chess Boxing & Cardboard Tube Duelling as bizarre as they looked still appeared to be quite fun & amusing. Blind Football was interesting & perhaps you can add Blind Cricket which I think is an officially recognised form of Cricket by icc but it's played by the blind & I don't think people able to see play it (at least not in organised matches). Shin Kicking & Quidditch were just too bizarre for me to react. But Quidditch looked really funny. Fireball too scary. In Maharashtra, in few villages (probably 1 or 2) they've something just as scary or more dangerous where once in a year villagers gather & form 2 teams & sort of role play some historical even (I guess) & attack each other with actual rocks. It has became a game for them.

it isn't formalized yet, but some of my friends and I have an idea for an Urban Quadrathlon (similar to like a triathlon or decathlon) involving boxing, 1v1 pickup basketball, pistol shooting, and parkour

World chase tag is pretty weird or well atleast not well known I believe. Its a game of tag in a liitle area with obstacle and with a lot of freerunning it is super cool

How is Sepak Takraw (aka Sipa), the national sport of the Philippines, strange? It's totally badass! If only my built was lighter, I would have played that sport.

When our neighborhood faced a blackout at night time 🌙, a.k.a, Load Shedding; we used to go out to the football field and play in the dark, using only the light of the moon 🌕 to detect the ball and play. we used to play "kick the can" filled with race gas. The fire-pit was in the middle, and the gas-filled can must pass through, and become ignited. The goalie had the toughest job. Fun enough though. Only in the desert while camping.

Invented frozen tennis circa 2002. Basically tennis on ice with a more forgiving boundary and ball may bounce twice since it's hard to get to balls.

Sepak takraw is not from Indonesia bro . Its from malaysia and Thailand . Sepak means kick and takraw is the ball . The traditional one is Sepak raga (same like takraw but use different materials for the ball) but after being modernization with Sepak Takraw Thailand style its become the current sepak takraw that we all know now . Indonesia dont have any right to say its come from their country . Sepak Takraw is played by Malay and Thai King to gamble or entertainment .

Theres a sport in florence that they play rugby combined with boxing,you can hit each other and and ram into each other,I believe that it is only played once a year,its quite brutal,bleeding and broken bones are very normal, I think you should check it out :)
