Geras is definitely top tier. He is a little complicated but once you get him down he is so good. 1 bar 50% combo. 1 bar breaker. And great kameo compatibility.

Agree on everything except I'd replace Reiko with Ashrah. Ashrah is definitely top 5, arguably higher

Honorable Mention for me would be SCORPION. The reason being is that he is a Well-Balance character. He is able to kombat in the Air & Ground, He can Teleport, and GET OVER HERE for satisfaction. I would substitute Reiko for Liu Kang. GREAT LIST!

Top 5 in my opinion are Kenshi, Johny, Raiden, PeaceMaker, and, I'm sure you already guessed that I'm going to say this, that fucking Ashrah! You talked about all the others, but I say PeaceMaker because his damage is insane, his zoning is top tier, you can't zone him back, and up close he has an unblockable string that you can combo off of. Every Ashrah is my mortal enemy.
