I followed Dr Ekberg after getting into Dr Sinclair and it has worked great for me... ... Unfortunately, my daughter followed along and it didn't work for her. How do you find a doctor versed in this logic? For me, I couldn't find one... They all told me I wouldn't likely get off my bp meds... Now I'm med free and lower bp than when I was 20. So, how do you find resources when most medical doctors tend to check critical thinking at the door?

Tack igen. Mvh. Johan.

@@EinSofQuester no, grass is the cows natural diet. But meat and animal products is our natural diet.
@EinSofQuester
@EinSofQuester Год назад
@@marnasletten3988 First of all, humans are omnivorous. Lions should only eat meat, not humans. Actually, humans that eat mostly plant-based whole foods are the longest-living populations. Secondly, his statement that if we are made of meat then we should eat meat does not address the issue of what our natural diet should be in based on our species. It simply states that if you are made of meat then you should eat meat. Well, all animals are made of meat.
@chad5577
@chad5577 Год назад
@@EinSofQuester humans who avoid meat and especially vegans are more likely to be deficient in vitamin d, k,b12, calcium, dha, iron - just to name a few. These deficiencies could lead to osteoporosis and what not. I’ve seen some concern with bioaccumulation in animals, but responsibly farmed meat is much better when it comes to longevity than something like a fruit.

My Brain fog is gone … I am slowly losing subcutaneous Fat , which I have never been able to lose in any previous kind of diet. I am under 70 and have never felt this good . Eating less is the healthiest way that I have ever lived and felt . I am never hungry , nor do I feel weak to my amazement .. Our bodies will take care of us if we trust them and when You let Your body prove itself to You . The Stress is gone when You Trust Your Body to sustain You with only the minimal Food intake that , that it actually needs to function .. . I am surprised and blown away how this has simplified my Life and I have never been tempted to return to my old ways . Once You feel the freedom from the food and how much better You are feeling it is easy to adapt it as a way of Life for Your Health & Wellbeing physically & Mentally . 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Simply Amazing 🤩

Is to take the 3 TRUTHS from all you guests and publish it! What a powerhouse that would be!! I do take royalties lol 😂 I learned so much on this podcast and I really respect your guest for keeping it real! Great health is not a 1 stop shop for everyone. Educate yourself and do the work, listen to your body, it is talking to you. As an RN for 35 years, I see people in their 50-60’s that perform(physical activity/ brain wise) like they are in their 90’s. Instead of dying longer, start caring for yourself at a young age and be consistent about it. We all have choices in this life. Also, being fat is the ultimate no no for Japanese. I would watch my friend eat ONE tiny chocolate square, put the rest away and that was dessert. She drank a lot of green tea and a diet tea.

15:00 completely true. I had to start eating all raw fruits, vegetables and greens with almost no sodium and no fat for 6+ months after having acute liver failure from steroids and alcohol. I lost 100lbs of muscle, went from 250lbs to 150lbs and now I'm eating lots of beef and eggs again 13 months after the liver failure, liver enzymes are great, natural test levels are great, up to 175lbs now. It took a few months to start tolerating a little lean chicken breast with a couple meals a day, after 6 months I could start tolerating healthy amounts of healthy fats and sodium enough to start doing moderately hard training. After 9 months I could start having enough saturated fat and protein to have good natural test levels and start training hard enough to put weight back on. Skyr is like a miracle food for me. Ungulate meat, tubors, skyr, leafy greens, a little citrus and some berries and I'm all over it.

I love what I eat - very low carb, but yummy! I never feel deprived nutritionally, reached my goal weight swiftly (miraculously!) and have kept it off easily. Have to admit my favorite side effect of this food plan is looking great in my clothes. If you have any vanity, go for keto as Dr. Ekberg presents it/teaches it. It’s wonderful to see him here. PS I also know that my years in a 12 Step eating recovery support group has given me a wisdom about overeating that is invaluable. I probably wouldn’t be as successful on the keto/fasting plan if I didn’t understand and accept my food addiction.
